Ms. Agnes was very responsive and Ate Marie, the caretaker was also very welcoming and nice. The house was also super clean and very homey. The rooms, pool area and bathroom were spotless. You won’t feel ick even if you walk barefoot. My friends also complimented the place. Perfect place for a small group. Will definitely recommend this to others 😊

I loved staying at this condo. Everything was fairly accessible and the neighbors were very nice people. Amenities were useful and everything was functional enough for my lifestyle. It was a functioning home. There are ATMs downstairs, guards are super nice, the restaurants below are worth eating daily in, and the convenience of a small grocery store with everything you’ll ever need is the sweet cherry on top. Also, it was not difficult getting transportation. With the Mall of Asia at your doorstep as well as everything the bay has to offer, it’s also difficult to get bored on days off. I was working remotely during my entire stay and it was blissful. 10/10 would recommend!

This was our first experience in the Philippines to visit family and to tour. The condo is very easily accessible from the airport by walking via Runway Manila or a very quick Grab. Our host was very responsive and helpful before our trip, answering all questions and providing a great experience. Our check in was seamless as the host's helper met us at the condo to show us around. Building staff were very helpful and all the amenities were enjoyable. Grocery and other food options were very close and this was a very safe place to be. This was a great "homebase" for our family to explore Manila. We highly recommend this condo for anyone traveling to Manila. Thank you!

The location was its most outstanding feature. The one bedroom unit is great for a solo traveler. Most of the amenities I have come to expect were available. I had a very comfortable stay.

We were a group with small children and the space worked out perfectly for us. It's a true 3-bedroom condo. The space was clean. A/C worked in all the rooms. Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive to all our needs and gave great recommendations. The property itself was in a great location. It was walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and a shopping center. Most importantly, we felt safe. Although, if you are a light sleeper, I'd suggest bringing a noise machine. Two of the rooms have windows that face the main street and the noise can be loud all hours of the night. Otherwise, this was a great property.

I would highly recommend this place especially to those who have pets as they can freely roam the yard and have fun as well. The place also has a lot of restaurants that you can order from, and is also near malls. We had fun as well, thank you.

I had a great stay at Laarni’s place! Check-in was super easy, and the host was very responsive throughout the entire process. The home was spotless, smelled great, and had a beautiful interior design that made it feel cozy and inviting. The location was convenient and in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. The place came fully stocked with complimentary towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, everything I needed was already there. What really stood out were the entertainment features. The projector and game consoles were a fantastic bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the value was excellent, and I felt I got more than what I paid for. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Aaron’s place was great. Simple with no frills, but the unit has everything you would need to have a super clean, comfortable and functional stay. From all the plates and utensils, to detergent and a drying rack, I really found nothing lacking. I also appreciated the large water containers and pitchers in the fridge. Most of the time, I only ever find two tiny bottles of water. Also, this was my first stay at an Airbnb in BGC or Makati where I did not see a single cockroach! Amazing.

This our third time staying there and every time has been great. I highly recommend this place

Alfonso was very responsive & accommodating to our request & needs. FYI to future guests... allow at least 15 for Grab pick-up from this area. other than that, we had a pleasant stay at Alfonso's place. We'll definitely be our choice again next time.

Great place to stay!

I booked Marjorie’s NEST for my family during their stay in Manila. Everyone enjoyed their stay and felt rested. The host and co-hosts are very responsive. They answers all our questions during the stay. The place has all the basic things/appliances you would need during your stay. In addition, the place is less than 10 mins walk to Mall of Asia where you can shop and do your grocery run. There are also restaurants and other stores just outside the residence. Overall, I recommend Marjorie’s NEST. Will definitely book again in the future.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for my needs! The location couldn't have been better – just a quick 5-minute walk to my training center, which made my mornings so much easier. The owner was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was also very easy to contact and responsive to any questions I had. The unit itself was fine, offering complete facilities that made my stay convenient. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and well-managed stay.

We loved the thoughtful touches, like the stuff for my infant. The stay was comfortable. Multiple 7/11 around the area, Watson across the street. Forbes Town is 2 min walk. Bonifacio stop over is like 2min away as well. St Lukes is 5-7 min walk. Pretty much a great place, near everything you need for your stay. We stayed here to visit my relatives who also live in Acacia Estates. There was a small hiccup prior to checking in but was no big deal. The condo was clean and in great condition (Verawood is one of the nicest communities in Acacia). There is a supermarket, some places to eat, and other services across the street. SM Aura in BGC is about 10-15 minutes drive away, Vista Mall Taguig 5 min away. Overall, a great place to stay and I would book there again.

This was our 3rd stay at the house. It's close enough to the action and bustle of the city but far enough away that you don't notice the action and bustle of the city. I particularly enjoy sitting under the covered patio enjoying the warm breeze and the birds singing. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Host was great in communicating and location was great. I knew the general location fit my familys requirements, however the plentiful options of fast food and traditional sit down restaurants within walking distance was an added bonus. Not to mention Saint Lukes was literally down the street along with a 24hr Mercury which came in handy for last minute items that we forgot for our trip. There's nothing more I can say about the condo other its what I expected when booking the room however, outlets with USB ports all throughout the condo came in clutch for our charging our electronics. Overall, had a great experience and will be book with the host in the future if schedule allows.
