Holiday rentals with a patio in Cavite

We (Me, my Son, and my Wife) stayed for 2 weeks May 6th-May 22nd 2025. The place was perfectly located next to Ayala Mall, where there is a supermarket (Walter Mart) department stores, drug stores, a large variety of other stores, Starbucks, S & R Pizza, and a large variety of dining options. It is located so that local transportation like Bokyo, tricycle, Jeepney and buses are just steps away from access. The Condo was immaculately clean and described accurately. Plenty of towels and water to drink was a plus. We did not have occasion to ask for anything on our extended stay and appreciate the functionality of the unit. This will definitely our go to Airbnb when we visit Tagaytay again. Thank you for everything! Kelly,

The place is so clean, near stores when you need to buy foods. Easy access going to tagaytay proper. It is really to the events place that we need to go. Also Leo is very responsive when we need to ask something.

The apartment is located in an exclusive Beach-and Country-Club. Therefore only residents or their guests are on the premises. The grounds are kept quite well. It is only a couple minutes of walking to the beach or the pool area / country club. There is a shuttle bus going round as well, but we didn't actually use it since the distances were quite short for walking. Next to the beach there is a pool area, as well as a tennis court, badminton courts, billiard and bowling an other activities. The apartment was very nicely furnished and had all necessary equipment. Tes was a gret host, who provided us with lots of information about the place and suggestions for things to do.

The place was very peaceful, especially at night and in the morning. The Wi-Fi was a bit unstable (The problem was on the internet provider’s end) , but Sir Michael provided a backup, which was very helpful. The price was definitely sulit for what you get. It's also conveniently located near stores, restaurants, and cafes. Highly recommended!"

I had a wonderful stay at Maricris' unit. The room was very convenient, and having a washing machine was definitely a plus. The lanai was a great addition as well. The communication and prompt responses from the host were much appreciated, and the staff at Verdin were incredibly friendly. The food fair nearby was an added bonus, offering many dishes I’ve missed, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone. I loved everything about it.

Super clean and cozy place that really feels like home! The bed is comfy, and it’s near Vermosa—perfect for jogging. Also really convenient with a grocery and laundry nearby. Definitely recommend!

What an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless, modern, and had a real sense of luxury. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped: perfect for cooking lovers. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, the bed was super comfortable, and the large TV made for cozy nights in. But the absolute highlight was the swimming pool: beautifully maintained and ideal for relaxing, with a fantastic BBQ area that we used several times during our stay. The whole atmosphere was peaceful and well thought out. Everything exceeded our expectations, and I’m seriously considering coming back for a long-term stay. Highly recommended!

The place is super accessible, we did not have any issues finding its location at all. What you see is what you get. Photos in the listing were pretty accurate and also with the amenities provided. We booked the place because it’s pet friendly and from our experience its really pet friendly. Pet’s are allowed in all of the areas, but please do your due diligence as responsible pet owners and pickup after your pet’s mess. 🙂 We were not able to use the bonfire and the outdoor projector because of the rain and unfortunately, their internet provider was down during our stay (no worries though, as mobile data signal was strong) and we even had an incident were the water stopped working the next day but I’m glad to report that Jean and the care takers were super helpful and responsive in both of those incidents and they are prepared with their backup plans incase their utility service is down. Overall we had a great time at Jean’s listing, it was a short and sweet escape. We’ll be back. ☺️

Easy to navigate to. A very private and quiet area in Tagaytay. Huge area and great for families with kids and pets. Clean rooms (with good air conditioning), bathrooms, kitchen. Accessible staff. Fast wifi. Overall, a great stay and good value.

I had a great stay at Prim Rose! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, although it was a bit difficult to get around without a car. Prim Rose was also a responsive and thoughtful host, making sure I had everything I needed. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place.

Absolutely Incredible Stay - A Hidden Gem! From the moment we arrived, this cabin exceeded all expectations. Scenic location, it offered perfect blend of comfort, style and nestled in a peaceful location. The cabin itself was beautifully maintained, with cozy interior. Overall, a relaxing escape from metro manila. The host was equally amazing! Responsive and committed to make sure out stay was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful—perfect for a restful stay. It’s conveniently located near the boundary of Silang and Tagaytay, but since we weren’t in the mood for tourist spots, the peaceful setting was exactly what we needed. The place was exceptionally clean and well-equipped for cooking, with options like a barbecue grill, microwave, induction cooker, and rice cooker. Utensils were complete and of good quality, and there were even entertainment options to enjoy during downtime. Neil was a very responsive and accommodating host, making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for a laid-back getaway.

Miguel’s place is a gem! Very peaceful surroundings and the house itself is clean and beautiful. Really a home away from home. We really enjoyed as the place had almost everything we need and Miguel is very responsive to all our queries. Will definitely go back, if you are looking for a peaceful and very relaxing place to stay, I highly recommend Miguel’s place. Our family enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back. My friends and I had a great time during our stay in Arczai. Modern and minimalist interior with an amazing view from Taal. Worth every penny. The hosts are really nice as well as kuya nhadz. Highly recommended!

It was a pleasant and super comfortable stay at Jen's place especially the view from the balcony. Host was also responsive and approachable.

We were only 4 but the place could have easily fit a maximum of 6 adults. We also loved that our stay came with a lot of complimentary gifts from the host. Water, soda, and chips are also available for a fee inside the unit in case you arrived empty-handed. A supermarket, Starbucks, and a few restaurants are located at the property. The best feature for me is the lovely outdoor seating - perfect for breakfast with family with a view of Taal Lake. To improve, we hope the host can install shower heater because it gets cold in the morning. Overall, a lovely stay.

Booked Ms. Katrina’s unit just a day before the start of a conference we had to attend nearby. Everything was exactly as described. The view was really awesome! Ms. Katrina and Sir Nilo were so nice and helpful. Thank you so much!

I was a bit disappointed with the slow check-in process at Pico de Loro’s lobby. It took about an hour just to register. The delay seemed to be due to the large number of guests, and it appeared that those whose hosts were present were being prioritized, regardless of the existing line. That said, Marlon’s place was great overall. The unit was modern, clean, cozy, and had a very homey feel. The lighting was perfect for a good night’s sleep. The only downside was that the shower had very low water pressure. Still, the place was very affordable for the kind of accommodation provided. Highly recommended!

It was an absolute pleasure staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly communicative and provided all the necessary details for a smooth check-in.
