Check in was extremely easy and Dina was available to answer all questions and offer assistance when needed. Location is perfect - a 20 min walk to the train station and very close to the Casino and pedestrian shopping area. The apartment was spacious for my family of 4. Dina has thought of everything for the apartment - fresh cookies when we arrived, coffee and coffee maker, an assortment of shampoos/body washes/lotions, umbrellas if needed, kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Very private apartment; we felt very safe and secure. A++++!!

Staying at David’s Airbnb was truly a dream. It was the very first Airbnb I ever booked, and I can confidently say it was everything I had hoped for and more! The apartment was spotless, cozy, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I had zero complaints the entire time, which honestly says a lot. David himself was absolutely amazing, kind, helpful, and always responsive. He made everything so smooth and stress-free, which really helped me relax and enjoy my time. The location? Incredible. Super central, safe, and surrounded by great places to eat, explore, and soak in the local vibe. It made getting around so easy and enjoyable. Without a doubt, I’d love to come back and stay at David’s place again. It was a perfect home away from home. Highly, highly recommend!

Laura har en mycket fin lägenhet med ett fantastiskt läge nära stranden. Lägenheten har allt du kan behöva. Det finns tydliga instruktioner för allt. Vi trivdes jättebra och njöt av balkongen på kvällarna och närheten till bad och restauranger. Det enda som var mindre bra var att sängarna i det lilla sovrummet var väldigt hårda. På det hela är vi jättenöjda och hoppas kunna komma tillbaka ett annat år.

Wow! What’s not to absolutely love about this apartment!? Absolutely fantastic location with an INCREDIBLE view. The apartment was nicely appointed and had a very bright, airy, contemporary vibe. Hanging out on the balcony was a sheer delight. The glazed windows do a great job keeping the noise out and the apartment was always very quiet. Lucas was very responsive and check in and checkout was very easy and straightforward. Lucas was very responsive to questions before and after checking in and sent recommendations for some great restaurants. You won’t be sorry - just book it if it’s available!!

Tolle Unterkunft, mitten in der Stadt, zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dennoch sehr ruhige Nächte gehabt. Die perfekte Unterkunft, um Sanremo zu erleben. Sehr netter Gastgeber!

A beautiful place with an incredible view of the beach and sea. The location is superb, right in the middle of the wonderful carruggi in Varazze. We loved stepping outside for our morning croissant and coffee at Gatto Nero. With the apartment being high up we felt so peaceful everytime we returned home from a day exploring. There is a lift so access is also easy. And we loved the air con ! Excellent wifi also 👌 Maria doesnt speak English so we met using google translate and whattsapp and the check in and check out was very easy. Maria responded so quickly to messages and all our questions throughout the booking were answered quickly. Maria was very smiley and friendly and offered lovely local recommendations and we enjoyed our lunch at Vino e Cucino. This truly was a lovely place in a truly lovely place. This was one of the best air BnBs I’ve ever stayed in and I have stayed in many all over the world. The apartment is huge, so clean, perfect location and the views from balcony breathtaking. The host was great from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again next time in Nice. Thank you

This apartment is a beautiful place to stay. It met all of our expectations. It has beautiful view from the top floor. It is close to nearby restaurants and the local market (the market is awesome). We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Das Häuschen von Tatjana ist ein Träumchen! Ein so gut rundum perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus haben wir selten gehabt. Unsere 10 Tage im Mai waren vom Wetter her eher kühl, so dass wir den Kamin und das reichlich vorhandene Holz besonders zu schätzen wussten, ebenso wie die Heizkörper in den Schlafzimmern und im Bad. Die vielen Möglichkeiten, sich draußen ein schönes Plätzchen zum Relaxen auf den bequemen Sonnenliegen zu suchen, je nachdem, ob man die volle Sonne, Halbschatten unter den Olivenbäumen oder vollen Schatten suchte, waren ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt. Der Pfad zum wild rauschenden Bergbach unten im Tal war gut zu finden, für ältere Kinder und fitte Erwachsene könnte das Baden in diesem Bach im Sommer sicherlich ein großes Vergnügen sein - uns war das Wasser leider noch viel zu kalt! Der Urlaub an diesem wirklich zauberhaften Ort war viel zu kurz, um alles auszuschöpfen, was die nähere und weitere Umgebung bietet - wir müssen wohl noch einmal kommen! :) Außergewöhnlich!

Es war wirklich wunderschön. Dario war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für das süß Geschenk nochmal!! Wir würden jede Zeit nochmal hinreisen, sehr schöne und ruhige Lage und die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet.

Super hôtes ! très accueillants et prévenants. Merci Elaine et Rutger . La maison est très chaleureuse et a beaucoup de cachet. La vue sur la mer est sublime. Une pépite dans un magnifique jardin, où l'on entends les oiseaux chantés. Les couchages sont de qualités, la cuisine est très bien équipée. Tout est fidèle aux photos. Il n'y a pas de perte d'espace. Les accès à la mer sont directs (en 3 minutes) et à la gare aussi. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la voiture durant tout le séjour. Bravo !

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

The stay at villa of Dominique and his lovely wife was amazing! The location !! It deserves a separate chapter! Only 12 mins by bus from bustling Nice and you are in your very own little paradise! Everything was thought through to the smallest details. It was by far the best Airbnb experience. I have never felt that welcomed on vacation. You could feel home away from home. You can explore this villa alone all day long, as it is full of beautiful details! Small garden, terrace, hammock…. When you are there - you don’t want to leave .. And you have all the amenities you can only think of. But one thing that stood out the most was HOSPITALITY of Dominique and his wife! Thank you, merci, grazie, дякую! I hope you will have an amazing trip in winter☺️ And we will definitely come back ❤️

Gemma und Federico sind unglaubliche Herzmenschen und haben uns wärmstens empfangen. Das Apartment ist großzügig und in Teilen neu renoviert. Die beiden sind sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Lage des Hauses ist unweit vom Strand, Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke!

A beautiful, well positioned apartment where everything has been done to a really high spec and feels brand new. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean with all the basics you could need with two shower rooms with toilets plus a separate toilet and jacuzzi bath. It was our first visit to Antibes so we’re flying a little blind but lucked out with this apartment — facing the sea with views from every window along a promenade that made for peaceful walks home from the daily market or wandering around the old town/ coming back from dinner, both of which reachable in 5 minutes by foot. In between two beaches and easy to bounce from Antibes to the beaches of juan les pins or take the train up and down the coast as you wish. I travelled with a 2 nearly 3 year old and she had the time of her life!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

We had a great time at Carlotta’s place. The location was great, close to the village and amazing views of the coast. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Carlotta was a great host. We will be back!

Gianluca’s apartment is cozy, very modern, newly renovated, and comfortable, with a lovely terrace. The location is incredible: the building is right on the piazzetta, by two churches, with shops and bars just a few steps away. You only need to cross the road to reach a variety of beaches, both public and private. Gianluca is very attentive, friendly, and always ready to share great tips. We truly enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this beautiful apartment.

Delphine's place was the best for my family. We traveled with an infant and a crib was even already set up for us, with kid towels for both of my children. There were very nice personal touches. It is perfect location with a very functional kitchen and air conditioning. I absolutely loved our time there. Menton is great and we would hope to rent such a gorgeous place again in the future.

Alessia ist eine sehr sehr nette Gastgeberin, gut zu erreichen, hilft immer aus bei Rückfragen und möchte stets, dass es einem gut geht und es an nichts fehlt, was auch der Fall war. Die Wohnung bietet einen unbeschreiblich tollen Ausblick auf Sanremo - vor allem den Hafen und das Meer. Man kann aufgrund der Möblierung sowohl gut auf dem Balkon verweilen als auch sämtliche Mahlzeiten einnehmen und dabei den Ausblick genießen. Die Wohnung war top und wie beschrieben: alles sauber, bequemes Bett, funktionierende Klimaanlage, Rollläden, Markisen zu allen Seiten den Balkons, Aufzug, Parkplatz am Haus, moderne Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher.. Es fehlte nichts! Das Bad wirkt innenliegend - hat aber auch ein kleines Fenster über der Dusche, das durch einen Schacht belüftet wird. Schlafcouch und Betten inkl. Reisebett waren bequem, ordentlich und sauber. Besonders gut kam bei unseren Kindern das in der Wohnung von Alessia zur Verfügung gestellte Spielzeug an. ;)

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage: Die Nähe zum schönen Sandstrand, zu Restaurants und zum Supermarkt waren ideal. Kevin war sehr nett und hat uns die schöne Anlage zu Beginn ausführlich gezeigt und viele Tipps gegeben. Dankeschön :-)

What an amazing place and location!! We had the most wonderful time at the Casa dell' Ammiraglio! The house is fantastic, filled with personality and blessed with the most terrific views over the Mediterranean sea and the beautiful village of Cervo. It is also extremely well located in the town centre, near the beach but also the surrounding hills, and therefore amazing both to go for a swim and some hiking. And both Alvise, Claudio and Maria were extremely good hosts, super communicative and always very helpful! Casa dell'Ammiraglio is a truly special place!!

Great place for vacation, the apartment contained everything needed for swimming, cooking and all instructions are clear and easy to understand, the sea view was awesome , in addition to that, Han was very communicative and asked each time if we need anything extra. I would just recommend for anyone who wants to have vacation in Nice. Thank you Han for providing such a great accommodation and service.
