Super cool place, looks just like the pictures. We loved being outside and the hot tub was awesome. Even on a rainy day there were so many things to do inside with all the games and streaming devices. The rooms were all very spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and well kept. A highly recommended place to go.

Used for 4 nights for 7 family members family get-together (need to plan and book on ad-hoc basis). Each and Every member insisted me to provide 5 overall rating. My Daughters of age 13 and 10 also mentioned that they are going to highly recommend to friends once school re-open after ongoing summer vacation. Thank-you Andriy for being super wonderful AirBnB Host. Accept our gratitude for making our stay super memorable, especially for our international family members from multiple countries, whom meeting after long time. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. So much to do at the house that we wished we would have stayed an extra day or two. Lots of space for our group of 7.

Perfect space for a group of teens! They took full advantage of the pool area. The large bedroom on the top floor accommodated all the girls, so they could gab all night long till they fell asleep. The space is beautiful and Michelle is attentive and approach able. Already planning another stay here!!

Absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. Well-maintained, relaxing, soothing, and just all around beautiful. Hope to visit again.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. We had a group of 9 coming from different cities, all meet at this beautiful location. Check-in was flawless and the entire house was spotless when we arrived. There was plenty of space to accommodate our entire group and we immediately felt right at home. The scenery was absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed time on the deck in front of the gas fire as well as the spacious fire pit just off the house. The yard was plenty big for games and although we had beautiful weather during our trip, we had a big theatre room to ourselves when we wanted some inside time. Our host was very helpful from start to finish. We always got a quick response and he worked with us to make sure our trip was special. We highly recommend this spot and would love to come back someday.

Great location and private space near the lake!

We had an amazing family vacation! The home is in a quiet neighborhood but surrounded by nature. We loved taking the kayaks out each day—it was so peaceful. The park next door was perfect: beach volleyball for the adults and a playground for the kids. The basement game setup was a huge hit on arrival, but the real favorite was fishing right from the backyard—our kids caught both big and small fish for the first time! Stephanie was extremely responsive and helpful. We had a few small hiccups (like a tripped kitchen fuse and some goose mess on the patio), and she handled everything quickly and kindly. We’d absolutely stay here again!

What an amazing place to stay. An oasis in the backyard and a great place to relax. A paradise in Bloomington.

Casey was quick to respond, her place was beautiful and felt like a home. there was live plants, tons of seating, many pieces of art work, decor, and felt like you could live there. She left little extras all around the home that sometimes get forgotten when you leave home and the place was clean and inviting, and easy to find eve. though it was secluded. close to local needs and easy to get around. the screened in back porch was our favorite 😍. We would stay here again because my kids were ready to move in Lil. highly recommend!

The home was beautiful. And I love the master bedroom I felt like a queen walking into the room private bathroom. Big backyard. Everything was fabulous and next time I go back I will stay there again if available.

This place has everything I was looking for. Tyler and his family met us at check in and were very friendly. My parents drove in from Arizona with their trailer and Tyler was nice enough to let them park it on the property for the duration of the stay. Even with the trailer, there was still a ton of land for their two large dogs and our little dog to run around and enjoy themselves. The hot tub and fire pit area were great and they even left a huge bundle of wood for us to use.The house was immaculate and decorated nicely. The house has a lot of history that you can read about in one section of the house. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and plenty of dishes, glasses, coffee mugs and silverware. The dishwasher made clean up easy. The dining room had a large table where we enjoyed all our family meals. There is a washer and dryer that we used while there that was very convenient. In all The whole house/land was very clean, private and spacious. Highly recommended.

Rosemary’s place was very nice and clean. We all enjoyed our stay very much including our 4 kids. We have stayed in a few air bnb’s for our cross country move and Rosemary was the only one who had a cute nursery set up and infant toys. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your place.

Spacious, well stocked and clean. Private setting but still close to town. Lots of activities such as the Wii, basketball hoop game and cornhole in the garage. The primary bed is a little firm and very high. Amazing deck overlooking the trees. Close to giant city state park and an easy drive to fern Clyffe. Was a great stay for a long weekend!

Booked this stay last minute and for only one night — it’s a great spot and Jennifer & co. are great hosts. All amenities you could ask for + the swim spa is great for stargazing. Beautiful private lake with a trail around it, plenty of space for a big group, and other options for small groups. Perfect if you like being outdoors and want a peaceful weekend getaway. Highly recommend.

Very nice, comfortable house with room for family to spread out. Very clean w good amenities (plus a few welcoming chocolates)! Grandkids enjoyed the PAC Man game in the game room as well as shooting baskets!

Stayed here for a sisters weekend- and it was great for 6 sisters between the ages of 60-75. Two bedrooms on main floor and 2 downstairs worked great for us. Things were a little dated- but hey- so are we. We had a couple of issues that needed attn and James was most attentive and took care of them immediately. I would recommend. Great value for 6 women with varying needs! Especially loved the hot tub in the natural surroundings!!!

Indoor pool was great! Travel size shampoo and conditioner were provided in all bathrooms, as well as plenty of towels. Nice house right on the lake!

We loved it! Jess's house is beautiful and stocked full of everything you would need and more! We had 13 people, and everyone was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom (with one person on the pullout couch downstairs) - it was awesome! We had a blast around the firepit telling stories. Jess had all the firewood you would need and plenty of chairs! We were able to grill with full tanks of propane provided! Tons of games, plenty of towels, king size beds and more! We would highly recommend this house and we for sure will be back! Outstanding 100 out of 100!

We had such a great time! We took the whole family (10 people) and there was plenty of room. The basement was great for keeping the kids entertained. They were wore out from playing video games, air hockey, basketball, and hot rubbing. The area has beautiful views, and feels very private even though there are houses close buy - which we prefer just in case we would need help. We all wished we could have stayed longer! We highly recommend and will definitely be back!

This home was beautiful with a peaceful location. It looks just like the pictures and even better. The community indoor pool and other facilities you get with this home was awesome. I had so much fun with the games at the house too- even at my age! :) I’ll definitely be back with my family!

This is such a fun, relaxing, beautiful place. The pictures do not do this house justice. Check in was very easy. The house comes with everything you need for a stay. There were 9 of us for 4 days and it was perfect. A nice peaceful location. The pool was super nice and fun to relaxing in during the hot day. We had a teenage boy that loves exploring the woods around the area and walking down the Bjork's Waterfall through the woods. This is the place to go for a nice relaxing time away.

We gathered three families - aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents - for a weekend getaway. I can’t overstate how perfect the weekend was. The house itself is lovely. The layout is perfect for preparing and sharing meals with ease and gathering all ten of us in the living area, while also providing spaces in the house that felt more private for anyone looking for some solo down time. The furnishings and decor are perfect. The rest of the property is also exactly what we were looking for. We spent most of our time in the pool and the presence of the pool house made it easy to enjoy snacks and meals poolside. The open spaces enhanced the feel of privacy and solitude, despite the fact the home is located near town, which is nice should one choose to take advantage of the local shops and restaurants. The hostess was also very responsive and clearly communicated everything we needed to know. She even brought some hay to the house so our kids could feed the baby goats.

Stayed here for a girl’s trip! The home is lovely. The game room downstairs was a blast. The deck in back was perfect for drinks and conversation at night and calm morning coffee in the morning! Todd is quick to respond if anything is needed. Would definitely go back
