Excellent apartment! Hemerson's service was impeccable, he always responded quickly. And the view is truly breathtaking. The beach has direct access from the condominium.

The place is even better than in the photos, everything is well equipped, bed and bath linens super clean and of great quality ,the view is not even spoken , sorry when I was raining that I came to the house before, in the kitchen there is everything for use ,answers promptly when requested , finally I will be back !!! It was a great stay !

Excellent Flat!! Perfect location!! Perfect service!! The only thing I missed was bedding. This didn't spoil my daily rates, but it looks like a tip. Other new utensils and working perfectly! Security of the tb boa building. Foot in total sand. We'll come back other times.

The space is exactly as described in the photos, Mr. Francisco is very polite and helpful in solving problems. The resort is very good, complete, the only problem is the lack of accessibility in the common spaces.

The hosts were attentive, answered promptly, made suggestions for delivery establishments nearby; the apt is very cozy, with a beautiful view of the sea, nature, the moon, spacious, great configuration, great location, next to the condominium club and close to the beach, comfortable because they are two practically independent suites between them, room and balcony with glass and integrated curtain, with stunning views, new airs and TVs (Smart with access to the streams). Paradise location: the natural pool is a delight, as well as the pool of the club; lots of fun at your disposal, even if you do not take a boat trip, whose exits are very close as well. At the side club, it had programming available for children, teenagers and adults, very quiet, great for relaxing; excellent structure and leisure; great service in the pool bar and restaurant. It was great, thank you.

Simply UNFORGETTABLE! I stayed in this wonderful house with a group of friends and I can say without exaggeration: it was a perfect experience from start to finish. The view is breathtaking and every corner of the house is thought out with affection and comfort. The cleanliness of the house deserves highlight: everything impeccable, clean home smell, bed tidied with whimsical…really above expectations! I can't help but praise Naty, who was super attentive and helpful from the first contact until the moment of our departure. Always available, solving everything with kindness and agility. Upon arriving at the house, she took a tour showing each corner and it makes a lot of difference. You already feel welcome and at home. And Dona Lúcia… ah, what a wonderful woman! It was the one who took care of the food part and gifted us with that spice that smells and tastes like grandma's house. Each meal was a hug, food made with love, well seasoned, warm... one delight after another. Super recommend the house and girls.

The location is wonderful, the house is beautiful, but it needs maintenance. The doors do not run easily, which makes it difficult to close them, that of some of the bathrooms not even running, could not use it because there was no way to close the door. The kitchen needs improvement and lacks a microwave, coffee maker…the sandwich maker didn't work. The cleaning was also not adequate, the refrigerator had a bad smell of fish and we needed to clean before placing the groceries, with the oven and stove the same thing, it had a lot of accumulated fat, but it worked well. One suggestion is to wash the seats of the dining table chairs, they were very frowned. Other than that, we love the stay, sleep with the noise of the sea and wake up with that look, made it all very worthwhile. Luiz Gustavo was very helpful and available. I intend to come back more often!

There is no better word to describe this house than wonderful! The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with everything you might need: coffee maker, freezer, sandwich maker, cake shapes, pizza and hamburger, blender, pressure cookers, frying pans and more. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, perfectly accommodating my family, which included seniors and a baby. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was a relaxing experience, like a real natural white noise. The house has many bathrooms, which makes it much easier for those who travel in a group. The swimming pool is great, and a big difference was the swimming pool, which kept it clean on a daily basis – something that, in five years of Airbnb home stays, had never seen before. The view is simply spectacular! Those who know Garatucaia know that this is a point that does not require comment. Finally, the hosts were exceptional: always helpful and ready to answer any questions. Without a doubt, we want to come back more often!

Good place to stay for a couple of nights if near Rio!

Adriana and her husband were kind and solicited with my family, soon upon arrival we were graced with snack, beer and soda. The condominium is very quiet and 10 minutes from the beach on foot by the train line, but my family and I find it a little dangerous there but for those who are not afraid is the best way. The stay was good, clean house and good structure for 4 people and despite the incident with the box, which broke and hurt my father-in-law, we like it very much.

Perfect trip for a family Carnival! The house is sensational, even much better than the photos can show! From the reservation to our exit, everything was very well organized with Silvio and Marcia, which still have a cleaning and kitchen staff note 1000. In addition to finding everything very organized and clean, all the rooms of the house are very well equipped, the beds with the bedding and towel of high quality! All in great taste! Exceptional Experience! We were greeted with an impeccable, clean, smelling, well-equipped apartment with bedding, towels and toiletries with hotel standard. In addition to all of this, Claudia still received us with a stuffed basket and a delicious cake! Very affectionate in every detail!!! Outside all the support that was given, with condominium guidelines, local beaches, salon indication (we stayed for a wedding) and others. If you return to Mangaratiba, I will definitely stay at the apartment again! I recommend it with no hesitation. About the condominium: the beach is beautiful, with a tent and good structure, but the sea is very dangerous, not suitable for bathing. Other than that, the structure is very good, offering several leisure options (restaurant, club, game room, etc.). The streets are very steep, which makes it a little difficult to access the places on foot, but the condominium itself has a van service for internal transport.

We had an excellent experience in Mr. Jayme in Itacuruçá. From the beginning, he was extremely attentive, quickly answering our doubts and giving great tips about the region. The apartment is complete, cozy, pristine clean and very organized, making our stay comfortable. In addition, the condominium is quiet and is a few steps away from the pier and the beach, facilitating our walks. All perfect! I recommend this location and we'll definitely be back!
