The house was totally clean, everything matched the photos. Beautiful condominium, well located, with a practically private beach. Raquel helped us with everything, she was a great help. When we returned from the beach, the house was spotless and food was ready! The rooms had comfortable and practical accommodation, as shown in the photos. We will definitely be back!

Upon arriving at the house, she took a tour showing each corner and it makes a lot of difference. You already feel welcome and at home. And Dona Lúcia… ah, what a wonderful woman! It was the one who took care of the food part and gifted us with that spice that smells and tastes like grandma's house. Each meal was a hug, food made with love, well seasoned, warm... one delight after another. Super recommend the house and girls.

Good place to stay for a couple of nights if near Rio!

There were 7 of us, 4 adults, 2 children and a baby. The children played and enjoyed that beautiful park. The house was very comfortable, the pool being fenced gave us peace of mind. The rooms are very comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the bathrooms were fine. I would come back and I will recommend it to my friends and family. I stayed 3 nights at Ju's house and just loved it! Ju and her family are great hosts, very attentive and helpful. The house is in an easily accessible place and with a lot of security, the house is quite airy and with a great infrastructure, everything was clean and there were utensils and electros available for use.

There is no better word to describe this house than wonderful! The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with everything you might need: coffee maker, freezer, sandwich maker, cake shapes, pizza and hamburger, blender, pressure cookers, frying pans and more. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, perfectly accommodating my family, which included seniors and a baby. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was a relaxing experience, like a real natural white noise. The house has many bathrooms, which makes it much easier for those who travel in a group. The swimming pool is great, and a big difference was the swimming pool, which kept it clean on a daily basis – something that, in five years of Airbnb home stays, had never seen before. The view is simply spectacular! Those who know Garatucaia know that this is a point that does not require comment. Finally, the hosts were exceptional: always helpful and ready to answer any questions. Without a doubt, we want to come back more often!

The two bedrooms have air-conditioning working super well. The house has 2 Wi-Fi networks. It is about 6km from Saco Beach where it has a market with super affordable prices. Very close to the beach of Junqueira and Santo Antônio. Mr. Rogério and Clarice are super attentive and have given us all support.

The beach is quiet and little bustling, which provides a lot of privacy and quiet. The house is well equipped, offering beach chairs, sun umbrellas, stand-up boards, canoes and various items to ensure fun throughout the stay. For children, there is pool, slide and swing, which was a great success in our family. The kitchen is complete, with all the necessary utensils. The courtyard is full of fruit trees that guests can consume. Although the house is old, it is very well maintained and impeccably clean. The hosts were super attentive, greeted us with cake, and explained everything about how the house works We were beyond pleased!

Our stay was wonderful. The house is in excellent condition and fulfills the promised, very clean, organized and with perfect decor! We have good beds, good air conditioning and a beautiful pool. The gourmet area is very good and well-equipped. Pedro was very attentive and answered promptly any of our questions.

The location is wonderful, the house is beautiful, but it needs maintenance. The doors do not run easily, which makes it difficult to close them, that of some of the bathrooms not even running, could not use it because there was no way to close the door. The kitchen needs improvement and lacks a microwave, coffee maker…the sandwich maker didn't work. The cleaning was also not adequate, the refrigerator had a bad smell of fish and we needed to clean before placing the groceries, with the oven and stove the same thing, it had a lot of accumulated fat, but it worked well. One suggestion is to wash the seats of the dining table chairs, they were very frowned. Other than that, we love the stay, sleep with the noise of the sea and wake up with that look, made it all very worthwhile. Luiz Gustavo was very helpful and available. I intend to come back more often!

We stayed from the 17th to the 22nd and we had a wonderful experience!
