The house is very good, great location, faithful to the photos, clean, spacious! The hostess is a sweetheart, I've rarely traveled and found someone so helpful, promptly answering all questions and suggesting nice tours! I just have to thank you for this stay and we'll see you next time, you can rent without fear.

We stayed at Alan's house in May and what a pleasant experience. The house offers everything we need. Super organized, clean, in a quiet, peaceful and safe condominium. We walked a lot, several beaches nearby, some more deserted, others with kiosks, but all very quiet, very calm sea, great for those with children. Alan and his wife deserve a special thank you, super attentive, they recommended several good places, met our needs and were super kind in all aspects. It was truly a journey to be cherished in memory and heart. May God bless you both. We'll be back any day now.

We loved the stay, super-equipped and cozy house; We didn't have much contact with the hosts, but in the little contact we did have, they were very cordial. We suffered a little on the first night, due to the smell of the rooms, I believe because they were closed and the weather was rainy, especially room 01, but nothing that a full day of airing out wouldn't solve, this didn't hinder our stay. Beautiful place!!! Great house!! We love it and recommend it!

Casa is exactly what was in the pictures, the condo is great, Sandro is extremely friendly and always helpful answering all my questions before and during my stay. And in addition it gave us the indication of Ana Lídia who made delicious food. We spent a very good weekend, I would return there without a doubt.

I and my family, we had an excellent weekend at Mr. Ricardo's house and his wife ,Mrs. Maria. We were greeted with a fruit basket and a welcome card. The house besides beautiful and cozy, was extremely clean . And when the accommodations and features, they correspond exactly to the listing description. Not forgetting to mention that the property is glued to the beach and the place is wonderful, with a clean and beautiful beach. When we had any questions ,Mr. Ricardo always answered us with education ,kindness and speed . We are very pleased and we will definitely come back more often. Note 10

Full of beautiful beaches and a place to connect with nature. Breathtaking sunrise and for those who enjoy the starry sky is an event. I will return to this paradise!

Eduardo's apartment is wonderful and we felt very comfortable. It is very well located within the condominium although the road is a bit steep as it is on the mountain. A plus is that there are free vans that transport you in and out of the condominium. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for everything Eduardo!!

Lino's loft is exactly as in the photos, all new and available for use. The location is excellent, the balcony overlooks the sea and the pool area. If you wake up early, you can see the sunrise from the balcony, in front. Very beautiful.

We don't know Rita in person, but she always responded to my msgs quickly, tips, and recommendations. We had contact with her husband, Ricardo, who is very kind and helpful. He was always willing to help and collaborate. The house is a cute and clean one. The outer space is wonderful and has a beautiful landscape. The beach is delicious, the sea is super quiet and with very tasty kiosks that catered to our demand. In our case, we were without a car, the only bad thing is the way to the beach that has a very steep slope, but, as we like to walk and we are used to, we can go to the beach every day. The experience was great,I highly recommend the house, and the wonderful hosts.

Soraya is the perfect host. Since the reservation, she has been attentive and helpful. The place is quiet, nice and comfortable. In fact, we feel at home. We were greeted with great affection and a delicious coffee. Soraya gave us all the tips, making us feel comfortable for anything we needed. We will definitely come back other times. Exceptional Experience! We were greeted with an impeccable, clean, smelling, well-equipped apartment with bedding, towels and toiletries with hotel standard. In addition to all of this, Claudia still received us with a stuffed basket and a delicious cake! Very affectionate in every detail!!! Outside all the support that was given, with condominium guidelines, local beaches, salon indication (we stayed for a wedding) and others. If you return to Mangaratiba, I will definitely stay at the apartment again! I recommend it with no hesitation. About the condominium: the beach is beautiful, with a tent and good structure, but the sea is very dangerous, not suitable for bathing. Other than that, the structure is very good, offering several leisure options (restaurant, club, game room, etc.). The streets are very steep, which makes it a little difficult to access the places on foot, but the condominium itself has a van service for internal transport.

We had an excellent experience in Mr. Jayme in Itacuruçá. From the beginning, he was extremely attentive, quickly answering our doubts and giving great tips about the region. The apartment is complete, cozy, pristine clean and very organized, making our stay comfortable. The apartment is great, it was super clean, Cristian took all the doubts and responded very quickly! The condominium is beautiful, the only difficulty was with the parking lot, because it is only a vacancy and some places are cars in front, so you depend on other guests to take the car (but we were full on a long holiday then it was crowded), the beach is beautiful, but it is always a very busy and dangerous sea, there is a restaurant and bar on the beach, the pigs and ooze drinks besides having a live show at 17hs at 21hs, after that tbem had a show at the resort bar, there was no time to enjoy everything (pools, sauna, game room) but the place is extremely great! Pizza is otima! We thought it was pretty cool to have everything there and not have to leave the place with a car. We are already recommended for several known people and we expect to be back soon!!!

Apt as described in the description. Quiet building with lots of features. Wide Parking. Smart TVs in the living room and suite. We like it a lot.
