Dona Liana's space is in the middle of nature on the Costa Verde, next to a stream that, with its pleasant sound, makes the stay very pleasant. Nearby is the beach with its extensive stretch of sand and many trees. The space is well maintained and offers us the basics for preparing simple meals, which I did during my stay, and I brought a lot of food from home, in Praia Grande we supplemented because the shops are small. For those who do not want to make meals, there is a place to order delivery, there is also a place to eat in Sahy Village, which is very close by car. For those who want to go on other adventures and tours, Dona Liana provides a folder with the region's options.

My family's stay was perfect! starting with the fact that the apartment is already located on the beach sand, you walk a little bit and you are already in the sea, the condominium is gated and has absolutely everything you need to not leave it, communication with the host was very easy, she answered and solved what we needed, the apartment is wonderful, everything extremely clean, organized and has all the necessary appliances inside it, I am delighted! We loved the stay, super-equipped and cozy house; We didn't have much contact with the hosts, but in the little contact we did have, they were very cordial. We suffered a little on the first night, due to the smell of the rooms, I believe because they were closed and the weather was rainy, especially room 01, but nothing that a full day of airing out wouldn't solve, this didn't hinder our stay. Beautiful place!!! Great house!! We love it and recommend it!

Perfect trip for a family Carnival! The house is sensational, even much better than the photos can show! From the reservation to our exit, everything was very well organized with Silvio and Marcia, which still have a cleaning and kitchen staff note 1000. Our stay was wonderful! Mr. José is extremely requested and very nice. The view of the apartment is exceptional, the condominium is note 10, there is a playground where my son could play at night, club grade 10, etc. Good beach, good club pool and bar with good service in the pool as well. I took advantage of the sun of the weekend and it was all exceptional.

Lindomar was a great host. He was very informative and made sure I had everything I needed to have a good stay. I don’t speak Portuguese very will and he tried his absolute best to make sure the language barrier was not an issue. The apartment itself had the best view. The resort was also very nice as well and was the perfect place to work due to it having a restaurant on site and a pool to take a little break from work, without having to take much time off from my workday. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

We stayed a few days, but were extremely well spent... Everything that Marcelo describes about the apartment is equivalent to what we found there. All very clean and sanitized, with all the services informed. The Resort offers you beach, clubs, pools - and the ocean is worth SO MUCH... Take a diving mask to see the little fish!
