A fantastic week spent at Otters Den. Max is a great host, the house is absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean & everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The pool , games room & petting area is a fantastic addition & kept my family entertained for the week. We didn’t venture out much as we wanted to have a relaxing week but the walks we did go on where beautiful. Max & his family are such kind hosts with the little extra touches, late check out on Easter Sunday, an egg hunt for the kids with chocolate eggs being delivered to our door, supplying us with fresh eggs & topped us up with fire wood when needed ! Communication was great, Max always replied to us within the hour. I would highly recommend Otters Den

If I had an issue or question the phone numbers provided were very responsive. Lovely house. Big and spacious. Great views from ours. Nice warm temperature inside. The hot tub might not be hot on the first day of book in though.

Great little getaway. Great communication and the caravan was clean tidy and well presented. Well equipped for a lovely break. Recommend it.

place was as described, access was a little tight, which is the only slight negative. Owners were brilliant, could not rate then high enough. Nothing was too much trouble for them. pool was warmish even though cool and windy outside, lovely and clean. I had use of the electric charger overnight to charge car up for journey home, cost was very reasonable. Was a great base for Saunton sands, Woolacombe and Croyde. 5 out of 5 for this place, 12 outfit 10 for the owners

Awesome location and great country walks. Fantastic to have a swim and sauna after a brilliant country walk from the property. Very peaceful and quiet.

Katherine and Tino’s place was just like the pictures but better. It had lots of little extras like children’s toys, books, high chair and cot making travelling with (slightly!) less clutter so much more helpful. They responded to all questions before and during the stay super quickly. The pool on site was an added bonus and booking system easy to use. Although there were quite a few houses, it seemed very quiet and private when we were there.

We loved staying at the Coach house it was just as in the pictures, and clean/comfortable with many mod cons. The Cream tea provided was delicious and the milk from the Milkiosk was fun/special. Our spaniel loved the field to run round in, although he was a bit naughty on occasion straying with the excitement. The pool is heaven, especialy as it is timetabled per unit meaning we had it all to ourselves for our turns (what a great idea). Just a great location with some lovely beaches and walks along the coastline. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.

This is a great place to stay if you are going to a wedding at Tunnels Beaches. Also very handy for walk to harbour and Lidl. If you have more than one car then the roads behind Lidl had spaces and only a couple of minutes walk.

We had a lovely stay at John and Kate’s property. It’s a great location, just a short walk into the town and harbour. We had 6 adults and a baby and there was plenty of room, we even managed to fit 3 cars on the drive which was great as many other properties we looked at didn’t have any parking at all. The house was clean with comfy beds and a nice big dining table we enjoyed meals and socialising around. We enjoyed the games room, the only downside is we all now want our own arcade machine! Communication with the hosts was great from the start with check in made really easy. We would definitely stay again and recommended to others. Thanks!

Great place, the key safe is a great touch and really helpful for us having two families there doing different things, you can see from the photo that you are on a hill, so be prepared for lots of hills, but if you're heading to Ilfracombe you know what you are getting in to :) great walks, pubs. Everything was perfect and ready for our arrival, very pleased with our stay.

Beautiful, quirky cottage in a great spot with lovely garden and stream. We had an amazing 3 night stay with 11yr old, 8yr old and our dog in this lovely cottage. Great walks from the door, an easy walk to the pub and lovely beaches a bit further afield. It's so peaceful and surpassed expectations, shame kids had to go back to school as we would have loved to stay longer. Hosts are super responsive and really helpful. Worth noting there are a lot of ticks on the moor so worth bringing spray and tick removers. Thanks and we hope to come back.

Jane was responsive and helpful, I didn’t realise us requesting a travel cot was an option but Jane had noticed we had an infant on the booking and asked if we wanted one. The accommodation itself was clean. In the evenings we heard muffles from the cinema but it wasn’t too loud to disturb us, was a quirk we found amusing. Parking was available however very tight for us as we do have a big car so we used the car park in Oxford grove due to there being a car parked opposite the parking exit available on site making it hard to exit. The area itself is quite rundown and we didn’t have too much to do but this isn’t something that reflects on the property or host. We were staying for a wedding venue viewing, it was the perfect location for this and would recommend the property to guests when we do get married.

Lovely place, beautifully decorated and absolutely perfect location. The place was perfect for our little one & we really appreciated all the toys and books. The beds were SO comfortable and we all slept really well. Miri communicated well and we had such a special time there. Thanks, Miri! We hope to return again in the future!

Georges house is a lovely bright and airy space with everything you need. The location is perfect - so close to lovely cafes, restaurants and shops. Lynton is a beautiful little town. George sent lots of helpful information re access and parking before our arrival and it was really easy to find the house and car parking close by.

We had the most wonderful week at Jon’s place and absolutely fell in love with it and the area!!! Jon communicated brilliantly with us throughout our stay and we felt help and advice was on hand if we needed it! Us and the dog settled in immediately and we felt it was like home from home from the start! The cottage is extremely spacious and very comfortable. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and the beds were extremely comfortable! Gorgeous gardens too! For me it was the kitchen! We didn’t want to eat out as we do enough of that in London so to have a fully kitted out kitchen was fantastic! They have thought about everything!!! It was so peaceful in the cottage - the dog hardly barked the whole week! I walked quite a bit and the stunning putsborough beach was a lovely walk (less than 10mins)or if I’d prefer less than 3 minute drive where the dog had endless hours of fun! It is dog friendly all year! I cannot recommend jons place enough! It was utter perfection!

This place is definitely something special. It is the nicest, most comfortable place, I have stayed in on Air B@B . I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We so enjoyed our stay here, it was on the pricey side but it was august. We had my mum with us and so struggled with the very hilly inclines m, so had to drive down to beach every day. The hot tub was v clean but took a good few hours to get warm, & didn’t have bubbles as not an electric hot tub, & you have to cross a small rd to get to where the hot tub is? There were not enough plates,mugs , knives forks ect but we will definitely be back the house was so lovely & views & beds amazing, very clean & homely , lots of space for 6 & dog friendly to Thanks Zoe Xx

We had a wonderful stay at Bluebell Cottage. The shortbread and dog treats were a lovely touch. As soon as we walked into the cottage, we knew we had found a perfect place for ourselves and our cockapoo to stay. Inside, it was spotlessly clean and smelt fresh. The layout was great and we had plenty of space. There was everything we needed - comfy bed, relaxing lounge, warm shower, well-equipped kitchen and bright, airy rooms. It was very peaceful and relaxing with birds’ singing daily and the paddock to walk our dog was definitely an added bonus. Communication was quick and we booked a delicious meal at The Crown Inn on Marianne’s recommendation. The cottage is set in an ideal location to explore local beaches and clifftop walks. Everywhere was within a 10 minute drive. The welcome pack told us which local beaches were dog friendly all year round. We could not have had a more relaxing stay and we will definitely visit again 😊.

Beautiful accommodation exactly as described. Everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Plenty of clear instructions how to use kitchen appliances. Perfect spot to relax and look at the views and to access the beach. Would happily stay again

One word … lush!! What a beautiful spot, it felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, yet still so close to lovely beaches, scenic walks, and plenty of things to do. I could have happily moved into the cottage, it was absolutely perfect. We were welcomed with thoughtful gifts of fresh bread, eggs and cake, which was such a lovely touch. I’m going to miss sipping my wine on the sun trap terrace listening to the sheep. Would love to book to visit again soon.

What a beautiful spot. Perfectly located between Woolacombe and Croyde. Secluded enough for privacy and some amazing views, however close enough to everywhere by car and some local spots you can walk too. Views and wildlife were amazing. Can’t fault the place itself, had everything we needed. Check in was easy and welcome treats were a fab addition. Met Sharon on a dog walk and she was very accommodating. No problems at all. Lovely Half Term Break away.

We have just enjoyed a week staying at Springfield Linney. The accommodation was fabulous, really spacious and well equipped with everything you could need and it was absolutely spotless. It was completely private and quiet, and the views were quite simply stunning. We were lucky with beautiful weather, but to be able to sit outside in the evening looking down over the fields to the sea & estuary beyond was so incredible. Fabulous hot tub too ! Richard, the host, was v welcoming & helpful. Great to have private dedicated parking. We thoroughly recommend this wonderful place.
