Very pleasant stay at Nathalie's, we were with two small children and everything went very well. The house is nice and very well-equipped, the garden is delicious and quiet. The house is close to the sea by bike and even on foot. We would recommend it without hesitation.

The house is new and pleasant, well-equipped, located near Port Joinville. Christophe answered our questions quickly, and our stay was very pleasant.

Excellent stay, very quiet. Bed sheets and kitchen linens provided: top seen arrival by boat . Pleasant and useful amenities. Close to the sea (a beach) and the super U. Spices available appreciated. Pleasant shaded terrace. Kitchen knives to improve and new pickup. Missing garbage cans in bedrooms and some bathrooms. Umbrella bed for small non-use ( either broken or too difficult to climb)

It was a wonderful holiday! Everything was as described and the house is wonderful. We were there at a time (June) when the temperatures were not too high. Nevertheless, it would have been nice if more windows could be opened completely. Alternatively, air conditioning would also be desirable. All in all, a fantastic holiday and we will be back!

Nice welcome and installation by Caroline. Ideal accommodation for resting and discovering the variety of landscapes of the island. Donkeys and roosters from the neighboring farm regularly and loudly express themselves, but it really is part of the rural decor.

Great week in this bucolic house, with its country garden, to read in the deckchairs. Ideally located on the island, in La Meule, not far by bike from the village of Saint Sauveur and the charming beaches, also close to Port Joinville by bike. We'll be happy to go back!

The house is simply beautiful. Ideally located, it offers a peaceful and refined setting for a family stay. The house is open to the garden with its many windows. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is of high quality. The bathrooms are pleasant and accessible. A flawless property! We highly recommend it for a vacation with family or friends.

Bénigne is very responsive and very accommodating. His house is a real joy for 12 people (6 couples) each had their own room. The bedding is great. the shaded patio is very pleasant. There are plenty of very pretty dishes. The provision of tea towels in quantity, great. Really nothing is lacking. all shops and the beach are 10 minutes' walk away, no need to take the car. It's an old house with thick walls that really insulate from noise. You wouldn't think you were in the city center. In short, we had a great stay and I recommend this place. Christine

The place is great for spending time with family or friends. The location is great with great sea view. Everything is done on foot, shops, restaurants, markets... thank you for your welcome.

The house is faithful to the description, well arranged, clean, spacious for our 4 families with children, the kitchen is very well equipped, it is located 5 min walk from the beach and a dozen from the small city center. Three quick notes though: - optional sheets/towels (certainly indicated in the description of the listing but I think that given the price of the rental it should not be an option) - a little more annoying: there is no basic grocery store (oil, salt, pepper, dishwasher product,...) nor basic hygiene (PQ, soap, washing machine product, garbage bag,...). Not practical and conducive to waste. - finally, cleaning is not included (also mentioned in the description), surely to raise awareness among tenants but to be taken into account especially if the keys have to be returned at 10 a.m.!

Really enjoyed our stay, shared between 2 families. Lovely, spacious home which is well equipped and with great outdoor space. Rural location with shops and small towns a short drive away. Small leak discovered half way through our stay but Pierre was responsive throughout and helpful with our initial queries. Would recommend for families - thanks Pierre.

Very nice house where you have the pleasure of not stepping on it even if it rains even if the house is full with the children. The location is ideal with the sea on one side, the port on the other and the village nearby. We did everything on foot. It feels like a well-maintained, family home. Thanks again!

The house is functional and bright. The kitchen is very well-equipped, practical, next to the living room and the terrace. The garden is very nice, especially with the heated pool and the petanque court. We took full advantage of it during our short stay. The house is well located, quiet, next to the bakery, the city center, the beaches, etc. We had a pleasant stay with friends in this home.

Very pleasant stay in Phanie's accommodation! She was flexible and available, so thank you! The accommodation is clean, well arranged so that we are not on top of each other even with 10! The heated pool with deckchairs is the icing on the cake. We enjoyed the baby items available if needed, as well as the foosball and board games. The accommodation is close to amenities so you don't miss anything, close to the beach for a walk. A place to keep!

Beautiful services for this quality and well-equipped accommodation in a recent and secure residence. Everything comes together to have a good stay for young and old. Beach within walking distance (15/20min).

We really enjoyed staying at Isabelle's home. The environment is very peaceful, a few minutes walk from the beach. The pool was a real cooler on hot days.

We had a lovely stay. We were three families, with three generations and we all had a lovely time. The swimming pool and having the beach within 10-15 minutes walk, was great. Helene, who managed our stay, was very friendly and helpful.

We had an extremely pleasant stay at the accommodation. The accommodation is very functional, tastefully furnished and the pool is very nice. It is located in a very quiet and secure subdivision (gate at the entrance of the subdivision). Special mention for the bedding which is very good! On site, we received a very nice welcome from Alain (private concierge). The exchanges with Alexandre before the reservation were clear (owner of the premises). This is a "connected" house, you have to be comfortable with the technology for the lighting system and shutters. Small recommendation: for the shared bathroom upstairs, it might be interesting to be able to lock the two sliding doors or to find a system to hide the shower walls (this would allow you to get ready at the same time with a little privacy for example). In conclusion, we are delighted with our reservation!

Nice and well thought out house! The pool is really the highlight. Comfortable bedding. A second fridge may be missing given the number of people this house can accommodate Solène listened to us, arrival and departure times very flexible!

We really enjoyed the week at Sylvie and Jean-François'. The welcome was warm, our hosts always available and attentive. The house was true to the photos/description. The premises were impeccable, very clean and had all the necessary comforts and amenities. The pool is lovely and the kids loved the toys left available. We highly recommend, thank you to both of you!
