It is located in Saint-Sauveur, a 5-minute walk from all shops, bakery, grocery store, butcher shop, café bar/tobacconist. We are 1.5 kilometers from the beaches.

This is a house for 4 people. Located at the end of the Impasse des Beugasses, on a 630 m² plot, not overlooked, you'll find peace and quiet for an unforgettable vacation. Please note: weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday for the months of July and August; outside this period, rental is by the night. The house is declared for rent at the town hall of Île d'Yeu and has a registration number.

Small house (32 m2), bright with terrace and private garden. Small fitted kitchen, shower-wc room and bedroom with double bed separated from the living room. There is no possibility of adding a baby bed (baby cot or other) in the bedroom. The house is not wheelchair accessible. The house, located at the bottom of our garden, is at the exit of the port and 5 minutes' walk from all the shops.
