The effort to make the accommodation homely was instantly identified and made staying there incredibly comfortable.

A great stay, the house is lovely and the owner prepared a lot of snacks, making the kids very happy.The entrance to the parking lot is hard to find, we missed it a few times, but the parking space is spacious and super close to the accommodation.Overall, it is highly recommended for everyone to stay!

This one didn't have a review, so I had a hard time choosing it, but I chose it after reading reviews from other spaces run by Tom. I came here to see the Osaka Expo with my friends who majored in architecture, and in the end, everyone was very satisfied. The space was great with the combination of tradition and modernity, and was well prepared with bedding and towels to use. I was very satisfied with my friends who usually prefer to sleep in luxury hotels, those who prefer to sleep in bnb with strong regional characteristics, and those who are interested in interior design. Also, the area has a lot of things to see (the market seems like Koreatown, so it's not a big interest for Koreans like us) and it's convenient to move around the city. However, if the stairs are going up and down with socks on, it's bit slippery. So I don't recommend it if you have children. All the other guests will have the best experience ever.

A must visit for family who is visiting osaka great host and everything was just like it was promised. Located hardly 20mtrs from Korea town market & 10mins walk to momodani market. In all didn't feel like we were at someone else's house.

Kazuma’s house was really spacious and beautifully traditional. The location is very close to a train station and neighbourhood has a lot of great places, that Kazuma recommended. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would come back! :)

The place was fantastic. The apartment was spacious, elegant, and had all the comforts of home. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was laid out well. The location was also fantastic: very convenient for accessing multiple train stations and only a few minutes from great areas to explore in Osaka.

The location is perfect for tourists, right next to metro and suburban lines and in the middle of the food and shopping district. The apartment was small but very clean, and we had no issues with noise. The host was responsive and we were able to have a great short stay.

This Osaka homestay is in an excellent location. Three subway stations are a ten-minute walk away, making it extremely convenient to get around.The surroundings of the room are quiet, which is very helpful for sleeping.The owner is hospitable and attentive.The interior of the homestay is fully furnished and clean, and it is a very satisfying stay.Thank you homeowners and highly recommend to travelers!

I don't think you can find a place in this location at this price! It was within a 5-minute walk from Keihan Line Station, and the neighborhood was a residential area, so it was quiet and nice. The accommodation was tidy, and most of all, the bathroom was clean, so it was nice to bathe and rest! The host was also very kind.

Keiko was so responsive and gave great suggestions for alternative transportation when our flight was delayed. She also got us snacks since we landed late and knew we would be hungry. We couldn’t have asked for a better welcome to the country. She also helped us with luggage transfer information and assisted us with form filling. The place is very comfortable and has all listed amenities. It is centrally located and has the best host. Many restaurants close by and easy commute to the stations. We would certainly recommend the place for a group of 3 or less.

This location was perfect! It was far enough from the crowds and busy area of Osaka’s but conveniently located where we didn’t need to worry about groceries, late night food or finding the nearest 7/11! Very comfortable space for couples solo travellers and small families. Overall we highly recommend!

Koyako’s place is really beautiful and very large for 2 of us. Koyako is a wonderful host as she always proactively communicates with me and offers help in every requests. She even offered to send me back my belonging that I’ve forgotten and left at the room. Very big bathroom with a large Bath tub makes it a bonus. Very private as you got the whole floor to yourself. Close to the train station and many places to eat. I’ll definitely go back and stay at Koyako’s place when I’ll be in Osaka again.

Great apartment to stay at in Osaka! Within walking distance to Dotonbori, still quiet/peaceful for rest. Very well decorated, well stocked kitchen and bathroom and lots of towels. Great, responsive, helpful host. Only few drawbacks is lack of storage space (limited closets) and having to share one bathroom/toilet. Would definitely recommend to others and we would stay here again in the future!

This air bnb was close to everything we wanted to do while in Osaka. Lots of great restaurants and shops in the area. I also really loved that there was a 7/11 on the bottom floor. I would recommend Summers place to anyone!

we had a pleasant stay. place is near to Namba and Nippombhasi station which was very convenient to move arroud.

Great value for a quiet stay in a traditional neighborhood just off the subway line. Easy access to rest of city. Apartment was spacious and provided a traditional Japanese living experience. Would stay again.

Convenience and cosy place to stay. We stayed here for 9 days. Overall we enjoyed the amenities provided and it's a great location with less than 5 mins walk to subway.

Perfect location to be right in the heart of Osaka. Everything was so close. It was very noisy at night but it wasn't unexpected because of the location. Having stayed in Osaka before it wasn't a surprise to me but that's one of its charms. You can hear how lively the place is and it makes you want to go out and join in. The apartment was equipped with everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

It was a quiet and cozy accommodation. The location is also in the triple station area, so there are 3 stations nearby for easy access to anywhere. There are also many delicious restaurants around the property. It was perfect for 6 people and 2 families.
