Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ikuno Ward

Very good value for money, walk to Nagahoribashi 450m, next door is 711, opposite direction Nipponbashi 800m, overall located near Shinsaibashi, very convenient.I live in Japan, and have stayed in many homestays, this homestay is highly recommended, and my friends go down to a and not much money, the focus is more comfortable than the hotel, and the facilities are fully equipped, and I can cook my own meals.🍳

This Airbnb was excellent! The location couldn’t be better—super close to Temma Station, making it easy to commute to Kyoto, Nara and Kobe. For those self-catering, there are plenty of supermarkets nearby, and Temma Station is just a short walk away from Donki and Tamade offering cheap snacks and food. The place itself was very comfortable—great bath, toilet, and shower, plus a handy washer and dryer. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief in the summer heat. Highly recommended for a convenient and comfortable stay in Osaka! The neighbourhood itself is very local, close to Tenjinbashi shopping street - much better than downtown Dotonbori.

A beautiful place that is just 1 minute from Dotonbori River, and few minutes away from all the lovely food at Dotonbori, and wonderful shopping in Shinsaibashi. The location of the Airbnb is also only less than 10 mins away from Namba station, which is wonderful as a base to all the different train lines you need to get to various places in Osaka, or even Kyoto, Kobe and Nara. The apartment is located one street away from the busy Glico running man, so it is quiet for a good rest, yet close enough to all the actions for food and shopping. It is well equipped for cooking and has ample spaces for our luggage and more than enough bedding for a family of 4. I would certainly say, this is definitely the best place to stay in terms of amendities it provide, and the wonderful location. And Yoshi-san is helpful, responsive and you can say I will certainly be back here when I am in Osaka in the near future! So look no further, book with ease!!!

A fantastic location, walking distance to all the attractions, dining, and entertainment that the Namba area of Osaka has to offer. While being close to the center of everything, it is still private enough to be quiet at night for a peaceful night's rest. The host was responsive to all of our needs. One thing to note is that the unit is two stories, with a steep spiral staircase as the only means of access to the master bedroom. So, you may need to consider if it is suitable for seniors and/or children in your group.

With the aminities provided, all you need to bring just your clothes. and the stay will make you fell like own house with all the useful aminities. Bonus for otakus out there, store like Animate/kotobukiya and other anime goods selling store are just few walks away. A nice place and many worth the price I would say. I am very pleased with my time at Naomi’s place! After a week in Tokyo it was nice to be staying somewhere with some space. The unit is on the third floor of the building and away from any street noise, of which there wasn’t much to begin with - it was easy to get a good night of sleep. The unit is equipped with anything you could possibly need. Having an in unit washer and dryer is so nice. I would gladly stay at Naomi’s place again!

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and I was very satisfied overall because the Dotonbori walking distance was clean and the atmosphere of the accommodation was good! If I go to Osaka again next time, I will definitely revisit ~ It's neat and nice (Korean review)

My daughter and her classmates chose Kumiko's house for their high school graduation trip.Access to Shin-Osaka, Namba, and USJ is convenient.Very clean and comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, boys and girls live on the first and third floors, the middle second floor is a common area, both convenient and private. Kumiko and the team responded promptly and clearly, it is a recommended listing. Thank you!

The place was perfect for us. It was clean, spacious, modern, and has all the amenities that we needed for our 10-day stay. While the location is very quiet, it has the convenience of being very close to a train station, a large grocery store, and many excellent restaurants. We know that our very positive overall vacation experience was in part due to being able to stay in this place. Our host, Emma, responds very quickly to all our inquiries. Excellent customer service! We will definitely stay here again.

Recommend. Easy to find and close to Doubutsuen-mae station. Transport hub - Tennoji is just 10-minute walk away. Quiet neighbourhood. All tidy and clean. Rina is very considerable and helpful. Had a pleasant and enjoyable stay here.

Traditional Japanese homes are very clean and cozy, surrounded by local communities.Convenient location,🚶‍➡️ a few minutes walk to Dongbu Market subway station🚇, Lawson nearby,🏬 convenient for eating, living and traveling. What surprised and delighted us was the hospitality, friendliness and generosity of the host family. The host is very responsible and has a strong sense of time. He picked us up at the subway station in advance and recommended a faster route to send us off. He is very humorous and smart. Although we couldn't communicate, he could quickly understand what we meant. There was plenty of water and food in the room. Because our flight landed late, we thought we would be hungry the first night. The host's thoughtfulness moved us very much🥹! During our stay, we were also fortunate to follow the host family and experience the local food and music culture. The host's wife is very elegant and intelligent, and her smile is very warm, just like a neighbor's aunt. We also exchanged skin care and beauty tips with the sister and hair care and hair growth tips with the brother😂.If there was enough time, I would have experienced the beautiful kimono of the host's wife and sister👘, it's a bit of a pity😔 Remember that there is a saying in Murakami's novel that people who meet will meet again. It is a great honor to have this wonderful time with the host family in a foreign country. I hope to have the opportunity to meet again.🎉 Best wishes

The place was perfect and so close to visit dotonbori every single night! The host was extremely responsive and understanding. I lost the key and he was able to give me a new one almost immediately. He also stopped by to give a gift which was very nice. The place was very spacious and clean. The washer was very simple to use and did a great job. He even provided detergent to use. Super beautiful neighborhood and it is only an 8 minute peaceful walk through a pretty park to the train station! The station also has a variety of food places and a 100 yen shop that worked great for me to make souvenir bags. Although I didn’t use the kitchen, it was spotless and had everything you may need if you wanted to cook. I am very happy I chose this place for my first stay in Osaka!

The stay is still very comfortable, close to the neighborhood, not near the street, very quiet, comfortable to live, very clean, there is a kettle and simple kitchen utensils, downstairs there is a washing machine and dryer, convenient, you can walk to the core area of Shinsaibashi

The instruction manuals for the indoor equipment are clear and thorough. I can see how much care the host has put into ensuring our comfort through all the thoughtful details. We’ll definitely book here again if we visit Osaka in the future!

Wonderful stay at Bi’s apartment. Very responsive & kind. We arrived late & he waited for us & helped with our luggage. Good location, easy to walk to the Dotonbori & close to Nippombashi & Namba stations. Sometimes there can be some slight noise from passing traffic but nothing a good pair of ear plugs won’t solve. Bi was always responsive & helpful with any queries. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Bi’s place again when we next visit Osaka.

Like the name of the area, it's a good place to live, and a place where you want to stay for a long time. Someday, if I lived or traveled for a long time, I always wanted to stay around Nagai Park. I took a vacation, and I finally came here with the courage. I was lucky to have this place, so I chose it. As for the accommodation, in fact, I thought it was OK without a washing machine, but it was so nice to have a TV, range, washing machine, and air conditioner. I don't have any complaints at all, so even if I want to use something full about the interior of the accommodation, there's nothing that comes to mind. The host was Osaka himself. He is a bright person who is energetic, has a lot of laughter, and he gets to know everyone quickly. I've never experienced eating with the property manager, but we ate together, had a small daily conversation, and it was a fun time. They always make sure you don't need anything or run out of anything. Even if the person who comes doesn't speak Japanese or English, there is an interpreter app, so they will help you in any way. I think it's really cool because I'm a host who says, "Foreign language is the word of other countries, so I can't be wrong, so even if I'm wrong, I don't get frustrated, I use it consistently and get used to it." Because of the schedule, I moved to Nagoya for a while now, but it was an area that I still remember so much that I wanted to go back right away, and it was a really satisfying accommodation. The people in the area are friendly and have a lot of laughter. It is a neighborhood where people smile when you are together, and it is always a quiet village, but it becomes a lively village on weekends or sports games.

The accommodations were excellent and Aoi-San was very responsive. You can't beat the location with access to Dotenbori and Kuromon steps away. Train station is about 3-5 minutes depending on which line you need to catch and Namba Walk shopping was a nice surprise. Highly recommend staying here and will do so again without hesitation.

Matsukun's place is perfect for a family of three adults. It is located right next to the Osaka Subway station - Daikokucho on the Midosuji line and one stop away from Namba ( the main shopping drag and the way to the Glico man). There are lots of restaurants and eating options around the house - we often visited the Life Supermarket and enjoyed sushi at Kura Sushi ( all within walking distance). The house was neat and clean and had every thing we needed (family of 3 adults). Matsukun was very responsive and prompt in responding to my information requests. We enjoyed our week in Osaka and Matsukun's house was the best home base for us. Five stars.
