I had really a fantastic experience staying at Alok’s place! The property was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Everything I needed was provided, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The bed was cozy. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting to goa.

we booked the place for a short stay and we loved the place. Harmeeta is a super host and was extremely courteous and responsive to all our requests. the place is lovely one of the balcony has a pool view. the pool is wonderful and we enjoyed the same. caretaker chinmay was always available to sort out all small requests. The place is beautifully decorated. we look forward to visiting again.

Sumit had decorated his home quite nicely and thoughtfully. It was relaxing and welcoming. The locality seemed to be decent and peaceful. His kitchens were stocked, rooms were clean and the complex was silent.

I can’t express in words how beautiful and perfect the stay was. Firstly, it matched the description and pictures perfectly. As soon as we entered, all of us were in awe. Our caretaker Chandan was very sweet and welcoming. He offered cooking for us and I must tell you, what food he prepared! It was delicious. There are multiple great things about this BnB. The pool of course is the highlight. The space is huge and feels like luxury. I surely recommend this BnB to fellow travellers who like mix of home and luxury vibe. Such an amazing and beautiful place. We went there with our dog and such comfortable stay it was. Security staff is also really friendly at this property. This place is really clean, pretty much all the amenities and really big hall and balcony to just relax and chill. A lot of cafés and restaurants are nearby. Some of the good beaches are also 20mins drive away. Worth the stay. Thank you so much for hosting us.

The location was fantastic—close to all the popular beaches, cafes, and nightlife spots, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet when needed. It served as the perfect base for exploring North and South Goa. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the stay. From local recommendations to smooth check-in/check-out, everything was handled with professionalism and warmth. The place is minimalistic and gorgeous, has all the amenities one can ask for. The society is beautiful and equipped with all facilities, the host is responsive and helped us all throughout. The airport is just at a 10 min distance. We had an early morning flight and could easily get a cab from here, overall a great stay.

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Had an amazing experience at Leen Stays. The apartment was cozy and the location was also nice. The cherry on top is the Jacuzzi in the apartment and the infinity pool on the top of the building. Also, Siddharth is very helpful and always responsive. Highly Recommend.

Loved this Bali-style stay in Colva! Super clean property, premium linen and had all the promised amenities and looked better than photos. Big private terrace, cozy plunge pool with skylight was amazing. Leena Kapoor is a great host. she helped with all the restaurants and popular spots to cover in Goa. Can’t wait to come back in December!
