Patricia and her husband are very kind people. We just felt like at home from beginning. Appartment was clean. We expected that we will be in 5 min walk on the beach but it takes longer. We had nice terrace where we enjoyed our coffee and breakfast. We got every morning tasty breakfast from the husband of Patricia. There was also a cleaning service every day. The owners are very kind and helpful people. The accommodation is in the quiet area but near to the shops, markets. We enjoyed our stay.

Location was amazing. We can see the sea from balcony, terrace was not clean, but balcony was good. Small set up of kitchen which was good. 5 stars for the View from the room.

Jay and his partner are truly amazing hosts. They were very accommodating, helpful in all regards and are great people overall. The place was packed with all necessities and some, pretty much anything you would need for the stay. The stairs to the terrace were pretty steep and mosquitoes did like to bite but the view from the terrace was great. One thing to point out was that there is little to no natural sunlight coming into the room from outside and the room with lights off was pitch black, so sleep was always deep and mornings were always slow. Would recommend the stay for the amazing location and awesome hosts ;)

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

A Hidden Paradise by the Mangroves! I had the most amazing stay at Pedro’s Mangrove Villa in Goa! From the moment I arrived, Pedro was a wonderful host — friendly, helpful, and always available if I needed anything. The villa itself is a true hidden gem, tucked away in a peaceful location surrounded by beautiful mangroves, offering a perfect escape from the noise and crowds. The space was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and tastefully designed with a mix of Goan charm and modern comfort. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the serene view of the water was absolutely magical. I especially loved the outdoor seating area — perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Pedro went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, even offering great local recommendations for food, sightseeing, and experiences. Located within a gated community full of lush greenery. The villa is perfectly appointed and well maintained , full of homely positive vibes. Khushboo is an awesome host and made sure our entire experience was hassle free and memorable. The river being just a few steps away from the house makes the locale feel magical. Beach, restaurants, shopping choices are all nearby adding to the convenience.

Zeba's place is awesome! The interior is gorgeous and everything's so well-organized. It's close to the beach and there are great food options nearby. Zeba's super helpful and kind. A fantastic stay, I totally recommend it.🙂

The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

The place looked just like the photos. Well designed and kept with care. Mr Ram, the caretaker, is welcoming and polite.

This place is inside a resort, so feels safe.. perfect stay for couples or two people who are looking to have some peaceful time.. They have everything what u get at home.. Water purifier, First aid kit, card games .. you name it this place has everything.. trinity beach is just 900 meters from this home.. Very peaceful location for someone who is looking for a leaisure time.

it was a perfect stay

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through.
