Little house in the historic centre

Apartment in the historic archeological part of Sant'Antioco, with a big terrace. What people like about my apartment: the old furniture, the way I decorated the house and especially the terrace. What people like less: the bedroom with wooden floor faces the street so you can hear some cars passing by, but luckily the street is one way only and we are in a quiet area of the town. Moreover the other bedroom is very silent and quiet.

L'abitazione si trova nella periferia di Iglesias, cittadina medievale del Sulcis Iglesiente, raggiungibile in soli 5 minuti (principali servizi come supermercati e farmacie), poco di più per raggiungere il centro storico. A soli 15 minuti di distanza dal Golfo del Leone, un litorale marittimo sabbioso di circa 4 km.

Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.
