Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Iglesias

Our stay in Cagliari was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the incredibly central location of our accommodation. Being right in the heart of the city made it so easy to explore all the top tourist spots without any hassle. The convenience of the location truly enhanced our trip. The host was exceptional—extremely welcoming, attentive and responsive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a delightful Sardinian treat, which was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, the host remained incredibly responsive, promptly addressing all our needs and queries. We were especially grateful for the flexibility with check-in and check-out times. Despite our early landing, the host kindly arranged an early check-in, and when one of our group fell ill, he graciously allowed a late checkout, ensuring we were comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, and we left Cagliari extremely happy 😁

My second time at Martas place and had a very nice stay this time as well. Last time I spent 5 weeks working from the apartment in low season and now 10 days sept/oct. Perfect place to stay, near everything. Fantastic terrace and view and quick respons from Marta to all our questions. Also love the apartment and neighborhood. We were 3 adults and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful, modern apartment with private parking and pool. The bathroom is large, the bed comfortable and the kitchen has the necessary initial amenities. The large balcony with table and chairs is perfect for a cozy breakfast. The street next to it can be heard outside, but that didn't bother us any further. In the village there is a small supermarket and two good restaurants. By car you can reach some beautiful beaches from there.

clean apartment at the perfect location!

Cristina's apartment is located in an ideal location about a 20-minute walk from the center, there are also 2 supermarkets and 2 bars less than 200 meters away. The location of the apartment almost in the center turns out to be in a very quiet area. It has all the equipment for cooking and making breakfast at home, there is also vinegar, salt, sugar, tea, herbal teas, coffee capsules and dishwasher detergents available. In addition to the washing machine, there is also a dryer. For the bathroom, in addition to towels, there are also bathrobes, shower and personal care items including a hairdryer and hair straightener. It also provides umbrellas. Upon arrival, he kept the parking space near the house and left us bottles of water in the refrigerator. The property also has 2 air conditioners and internet connection. We found the house very clean. In short, if we pass through Cagliari again, I will definitely return to stay with Mrs. Cristina.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

Simone's place is very lovely, it's located near the city centre. There are lots of bars and restaurant nearby, but it's still a quiet area. The apartment is very clean and it's how it looks in the pictures. Simone is very friendly and has a lot of recommendations to give. He even prepared beach towels for us. Our stay was perfect, would book this place again definitely. :)

They provided us with a lot of useful information about both Cagliari restaurants and the most beautiful places to visit. Such a great stay at Katia’s. It was perfect for our stay in Cagliari, with Poetto beach just nearby. Katia was very responsive and helped us out when we had a mishap one of the days (at the fault of our own). She’s was extremely responsive and such a great host. Will certainly come back for another stay.

Little did I know this was the perfect location - a ~6 minute walk from the center of town and ~8 minutes from the bus to the beach (not to mention all the great restaurants in between!). Paola was an excellent and responsive host, and incredibly helpful when I was struggling to get a taxi at 4:30am for my flight. I would love to go back, and would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Cagliari.

I was greeted when I arrived and my heavy case was taken up the stairs for me. I stayed for 2 weeks. Beautiful accommodation, extremely clean and gorgeously appointed. Very comfortable. It’s very well positioned in the centre and only 10 minutes from my language school. It’s close to great bars and restaurants but very quiet. Highly recommend! And I need to mention that I am very fussy! Brilliant!

The apartment was very beautiful and cozy, which made it ideal for our short stay in Cagliari. Erika is an amazing host, and it’s clear that she put a lot of care into the vintage decoration of the place, this made us feel like we were in a truly traditional home. She even provided us with a beach bag, which turned out to be very useful! The location is very central and perfect for exploring the city center and tourist areas by foot, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The street where the apartment is located is particularly charming, with rustic houses and beautiful plants along the sidewalks. For those arriving by car, there is some free parking near the Ospedale, but it was almost always full (early June). We ended up using a calmer nearby paid street parking area called ‘Parcheggio del Bastione di Santa Croce,’ which can be paid for using the Mooneygo app. A casa Penelope was just the right place for a nice stay in the city!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations for near by spa and in-home massage therapist, both of which were great. The home was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this place!

Spacious apartment with great amenities. They have a washer/dryer combo. Local grocery store is down the block. Easy walk to marina and great restaurants plus the view from Viale Buon Cammino. This road also has free street parking. My only complaint is that the door was difficult for me to turn the key and my husband had to do it. Highly recommend!

Valentina’s appartment was a standout for our time in Cagliari. Beautiful appartment in the centre of the old square. She anticipated every need of the guests including things we didn’t know we needed! Extremely friendly with fast response to communication. A beautiful appartment in a great location - would highly reccomend. Also great value for what we received.

We had a wonderful time! The accommodation is in a perfect location, in the middle of the most beautiful district for us, everything was comfortably within walking distance. The apartment is very modern and offers everything you need for two. We especially loved the beautiful view. Constanza was super friendly, always available and quickly answered all questions. The parking garage in the immediate vicinity was also very convenient and, thanks to Constanza, absolutely fair in price. Once you got the hang of the elevators, the paths were short and uncomplicated. We would come back anytime!

I can only fully recommend La Casetta di Anna. Often the photos don't match reality... well, in this case the accommodation is much more beautiful than it looks in the photos! Cozy cottage, perfectly air-conditioned, equipped with everything you need and don't need, very clean in every way. Although it is a "house" you can move around very well, the spaces are not at all restricted. Perfect accommodation... not to mention Sabina. Very sweet owner, available to agree on a check-in time, attentive to guests and to ensure maximum services. We were really happy with everything. This house is a love... I don't know how else to describe it!

Elena’s place was stunning. Hands down the BEST place I’ve ever stayed in. From the white sparkling interior, to insanely comfortable beds with white crisp linen to white marble bathrooms with excellent showers. Just a minute away from great cafe’s and restaurants. Marina was just 5-7 minutes away. Elena was extremely responsive too. I’m already planning my next stay at Elena’s stately retreat.

Everything was perfect! Don't hesitate to stay in Juan's apartment. The location is incredible...we highly recommend!

Very comfortable beds, clean, beautiful views of the ocean from the terrace. Tiziana was very helpful and responsive. Very walkable to several restaurants and the grocery. Would definitely stay here again.
