Family-friendly holiday rentals in Iglesias

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Hi Bronya & Antonello We have tremendously enjoyed our two weeks stay at your clean well-equipped apartment in Villenova Cagliari that was a most comfortable base for our planned exploration of the city and the more local area. You have been a most attentive host providing an accurate welcome pack that we referred to regularly for guidance ( bus 7 is a most interesting circular ride around the old citadel) with the market San Benedetto just 5 Minutes’ walk and cucina eat dining about 10 minutes away or an evening’s stroll up to the Bagni Pubblici di piazza costituzione and back about 90 Minutes. We recommend visitors using the bus service down load the CTM bus finder APP and purchase a 7 day ride card for 12 euros that can be topped up if required and get a hard map of the city as mobile signal strength can be a sporadic in the narrow streets. We used Get your Guide APP booking 3 major tours. Lots more to say but few characters left. Thanks Andy and Mandy. 45 years anniversary x

The apartment is very spacious and beautiful, there were four of us and everyone had their own room. There are two bathrooms, both with showers. The apartment is in a fairly central area and there is the possibility of parking the car for free nearby. It is equipped with everything (towels, hair dryer, even a beach umbrella). Rita is very helpful and also gave us a lot of useful information to visit Cagliari. Highly recommended

Massimo is an outstanding Host! We encountered some issues independent of Massimo, and he was always available by email or physically on site. She's a warm, welcoming person with one obsession: Your comfort Thank you Massimo ... because we had a great week in a quiet and superb environment. In April the sea is still cold but the landscapes are sumptuous, and the beach 70 m from the cottage is a small jewel. Also check out the beaches on the Chia side... a real little paradise! Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! It is very spacious and offers plenty of room to relax. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view – absolutely stunning. The outdoor space was lovely as well and would have been perfect for spending more time outside, but unfortunately, it was a bit too windy during our stay. Still, we thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

We spent a wonderful 3 weeks in Michela's house. The house is very nicely decorated, renovated, fully furnished. We were most impressed by the garden, which is magical, with lots of palm trees, plants, we enjoyed the jacuzzi. There is direct access to Nora beach from the garden. This house is an ideal place for children, we were with three (1,4,7) the garden is a place to explore, the sea to frolic and there is even a small football field near the house. The center is 5 kilometers by car, where there are various traditional cafes with excellent croissants .You can get to the main city of Cagliari in only 30 minutes by car. We were looking for a quiet, safe place and this house exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be very happy to return to this place. Michela was very kind, always available and ready to help. We definitely recommend it for those looking for magical and peaceful place. Thank you very much for this opportunity.

Claudia is a very attentive host, and her house is ideal for large families looking for a quiet getaway. There are lots of possibilities for day trips, but equally lots of possibilities for relaxing by the pool, reading a good book, playing pool volleyball with the kids, making great dinners and the likes. I highly recommend it.

We were lucky enough to spend two weeks in this lovely apartment which is clean and bright and furnished with such good taste and quality amenities. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. Max was a really wonderful host who was always available and made us feel like friends. We really appreciated that he offered to organise a night at the opera for us which was such a highlight of our stay in Cagliari. The location of the apartment is perfect for quality time in the city with restaurants all around and the marina just in front of the apartment which is perfect for an evening stroll along the boardwalk. Max also provided a detailed list of all the local amenities including good restaurants. I could not recommend these hosts or the apartment more highly. We had a really nice time there. The house was clean and has a nice terrace. The dogs were so cute and friendly ☺️ Stefano and his son were really nice hosts. I recommend this place to those who want a great accommodation close to the beach.

We loved this apartment. Being in the penthouse was fabulous. The views were amazing. Love the decorative decor of old fashioned items. Huge apartment. The host was very helpful and recommended places to go. So convenient to the places to see and the bus to the train station was across the street. I can’t recommend this host and his apartment enough. Stay here, you will love it! He even had local desserts for us.

wonderful place and sea view in the heart of Carloforte!

Very kind host, impeccable house (even a hair dryer with a diffuser, a non-trivial attention). The beach kit is highly appreciated, useful for visiting the most beautiful beaches independently.

We stayed in this structure easy to reach for just one night and we had a very good time...complete with everything ...large spaces , comfortable beds,everything very clean and tidy. The host was friendly and responsive. Recommended !

Insanely great location, right on the beautiful sandy beach. There were three of us there and everyone had their own room. The balcony is certainly the highlight of this place.

Very beautiful house, quiet. The location is conveniently located for exploring the region. The host and the person who takes care of the house are very responsive: we had a problem and it was resolved within 30 minutes. Excellent!

Dalia is an exquisite and kind person. The apartment is a relaxing place with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially out of season, on an island that is a real gem. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and honestly it was never so worth it, we hope to be able to return. Recommended for those who want to spend a few days completely disconnecting from their daily lives. Francesco and Giulia

We had a great stay, the house is spacious, as described, the residence is quiet and clean, we even saw deer and deer!! Beautiful terrace and pool. Antonella is very kind and flexible (we arrived a little late). They welcomed us with some local specialties. I highly recommend it.

Overall, we had a great stay in Nebida and we definitely recommend this accommodation. Rita was very friendly and the house is beautiful with a stunning view. There are only two points of criticism from our side: Unfortunately, the pool was (very surprisingly for us) only open from 12-15.00, therefore we could not use it with our little daughter (because she either had to sleep or eat during that time). But we don't know if the new opening hours are new or of they change during the high season. Also, we had to wait 1 hour longer to check-in (which was communicated well and friendly on that day but not very easy with a little hungry child that had to vomit after a long drive).

Fantastic place! We were 3 mature couples who enjoy a beautiful scenery, comfort and hospitality and Simone's home had all of that and more. He set the bar very high as a superb host, even inviting us to a pizza party where he provided a personal demonstration. Simone was very responsive to questions of recommendations of places to visit, restaurants and wines. A car is a must as it is in a quiet residential area although there is a lovely restaurant and bar within walking distance. The pool area and balcony were great places to relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Thank you Simone for your very kind and generous hospitality.

We had a really enjoyable stay - the accommodation is in a great location just a short distance outside of central Iglesias. The accommodation is very well kitted out for a self catering stay, very comfortable + quiet. Gianmarco + family were very helpful throughout our stay + very accommodating with our arrival, queries, etc. Would certainly love to visit this area again + highly recommend staying here.

I would definitely recommend this villa, such a great location, 5 min walk to the beach and the little supermarket was just around the corner. The garden was kept beautifully and the view was stunning. We will definitely be back.
