Originally listed as a horse stable in 1832, this building is now converted into a charming home with its own kitchen and toilet. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a stop along the way on the bike holiday. On the ground floor you will find an open plan kitchen and living room in one, with access to a private terrace as well as a bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious room with four single beds and a view of the sea from one end of the room. The home must be left in the same condition as upon arrival. Welcome to our charming summerhouse located in Marielyst, about 100 meters to the water edge. This cozy summerhouse is perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or a romantic getaway. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature and is located in a quiet and peaceful part of Marielyst, very close to the beach and the square. You can often see squirrels, deer, and hares in the garden, so it feels in the middle of nature. There are 3 good rooms, and a large kitchen-dining room to cozy up. Electricity consumption is charged at DKK 3 per kWh.

From the kitchen/living room, there is access to the loft with a double sofa bed. From the living room, there is a view of the garden and chickens (rooster crowing may occur!), and access to a paved small terrace, which may be used by you - in the summer season, there is garden furniture. The property is open with fields and orchards around.
