We really enjoyed Asa's place. It was very clean and had everything you would need: dishes, utensils, a book with detailed instructions on every major appliance in the house. Asa responded quickly to our queries and was very nice over messages, we did not see each other face to face. We would love to be back some day 🙂

Svana's beach house was outstanding. Located on a picturesque whale fjord, it is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. So much nature to explore, including the nearby Golden Circle (Gullfoss Falls and Geysers) and the Hvammsvik Hot Springs (only three minutes away). We even lingered out on the porch at midnight listening to the bird calls.

This house is the cleanest and most comfortable we've stayed in Iceland, maybe even during all our trips through Airbnb. Go there without so much as a second thought!!

A beautiful, peaceful setting, with stunning views. Kathrin and her husband let us know when the northern lights appeared one evening and helped us with the settings on our i-phone so we could take the best pictures. Very appreciative or their help. We highly recommend their quiet cottage.

Our stay wasn't long but this place had everything we needed and I can easily recommend this host :)

We loved this guest house on a beautiful farm. Best driving directions, including photos, made it easy to find. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub after our long days hiking and exploring. Friendly dogs would greet us with a ball to throw when we got home and we enjoyed watching the ponies from the hot tub. Would definitely love to come back and stay here again!

An absolutely stunning lake side villa close to the famous Golden Circle. We used it as our base for a week to explore Iceland with friends. We were two families, with three children in total. The villa is simply stunning, so beautiful and the perfect home away from home. We all loved returning back in the evenings and enjoying the sauna and hot tub. Then the grown ups sat up late to take in the never ending sun outside, snuggled with blankets and fire pit for company. We lost track how many photos we all took of the lake. We also enjoyed our coffee in the morning over looking the lake and running the loop around the lake. Communication was excellent and Telma couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. We 100% recommend and will be back!

Thordis has a beautiful apartment in a lovely neighborhood.The place was immaculate upon arrival. A highlight for us each morning was watching the seals congregate on a little island in the sea, which we could see from the back yard. Thordis was a great communicator and super helpful when we asked advice about the places we wanted to visit. We would definitely book her place again!

The place was perfect for a base camp for day trips around Reykjavik. very quiet neighborhood, street parking was always available close to the place. Anna was a great host and we enjoyed our stay.

Disa’s place was perfect for us, cozy and stylish in a beautiful setting. Not too far from town but felt remote. Very comfortable bed, refreshing shower. We appreciated making coffee in the Moccamaster.

My husband and I had a great stay here. The place was very comfortable and we appreciated having a washer and a well equipped kitchen. Being close to grocery stores was great and the area is very walkable. We did rent a car to go exploring and was able to park right in front of the airbnb. My favourite was the view of the mountain from the window! Thanks for a great stay :)

Beautiful apartment with an excellent location, we enjoyed a great space with comfortable beds. Silla is very kind and her husband too, we were able to greet them both. If you have the chance to stay in this apartment, don't think twice.

A well-equipped, spacious basement appartment in a quiet neighbourhood just outside Reykjavik. It is easy to reach by car, and there are supermarkets, gas stations and charging stations at a 5-minute drive distance. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. And, speaking as a cat lover: there are 2 gorgeous big cats walking around that will come and say hello.

Beautiful and peaceful environment. Just what our family of four wanted by being close to the Golden Circle as well as a private space. Not far from Reykjavík, and only 1 hour from Keflavik airport. Would definitely choose again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb during our pre-wedding shoot in Iceland, and it truly added to the magic of the whole experience. The place was spotless and incredibly spacious — exactly what we needed to relax and get ready between shoots. Every corner was thoughtfully maintained, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The peaceful surroundings and cozy atmosphere made it the perfect base for exploring the beauty of Iceland. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and serene place to stay!

Welcoming and cosy place, as soon as we arrived we found everything very clean and tidy, kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare something to eat, very clean bathroom, room equipped with Smart TV and vacuum cleaner. The owner of the house is always available for any eventuality. If I were to return to Iceland I would gladly book another stay with him.

Just beautiful view nice and quiet warm and inviting place!!!

It’s kindof fun figuring out which building it was in a foreign country and city you have never been to. We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay. Great location with plenty to do within a short 5 or 10 minute walk. Julia responded to a message within 2 or 3 minutes while we were there. A person just couldn’t be a better host. Apartment was great, host was fantastic! Thank you sir much!

The Airbnb was easily accessible and well equipped with washing machine, dryer and fully equipped kitchen. There was also a designated parking spot for your vehicle. Magnus was responsive and extremely helpful in answering any queries. Would recommend this place

Kjartan was very accomodating to us and we enjoyed our stay in this appartment. The kitchen and other rooms had all the facilities we could have needed - this extended to more niche things such as a can opener which you don't always find in a flat! We were greeted nicely and the stay was uncomplicated. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, as well as having everything in walkable distance. It is also close to a bus stop. The flat is surprisingly warm on the inside.

If Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons ever designed, furnished and located an apartment, then this is it. Great for family, market place next door should you need it, fantastic (top end) restaurants all around, coffee shops…and everything in short walking distance. It was so well kept and clean, felt like a high end resort. Really cool place and host who clearly cared about his guests’ experience. Reachable, proactive when needed, yet respectful of privacy. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, or any other of his locations, he truly is a class act super host. Highly recommended.
