Erla's place is beautiful, quiet and and an amazing getaway from everything. The home gives the sort of warm and cozy vibes you see only in sappy romance movies and home decor magazines. Everything was spotless, and we did not have a single complaint about the stay. Would definitely book again.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place with a great view thats quiet and peaceful. We stayed here for 4 days on a girls trip and it was everything we wanted-- being able to unplug and disconnect was fantastic. The hosts were super responsive and provided lots of easy to follow instructions for check-in/out and during out stay answered any questions we might have.

What a beautiful, secluded location. We LOVED the natural hot springs hot tub on the property. There is nothing you need to do to use it, just take the cover off and enjoy. The place was comfortable, cozy, and clean. Great blackout curtains. Had a little trouble using Google Maps to find it, but instructions proactively given by the host helped for sure. Close to Geysir and Gullfoss. Maybe stock up on groceries before you come, although there is a small grocery store in Flúðir. We highly recommend this place!

I can't say enough good things about both the host and the property , it is truly stunning. We stayed from May 22nd to May 27th while sightseeing all over the eastern and southern parts of Iceland. The house is in a perfect location within the Golden Circle, about an hour and 10 minutes from Reykjavik. If you're looking for a party scene or downtown nightlife, this might not be the right place for you. But if you're seeking a quiet, secluded spot for your family while still being close to amazing attractions and great restaurants, I highly recommend this property. Our host, Agla, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautifully designed and immaculately clean. This is easily one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in during my 10 years of renting vacation home. If (or when!) we return to Iceland, we will absolutely stay with Agla again.

Great cabin at a great location, close to lots of nice sightseeing. The cabin itself feels very homey, and had lots to play with for our 1,5 yo old son. Agnes is a great host as well!

Our stay was perfect. The cabin was great and exactly as shown in the pictures. The place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances for a small kitchen. Eggert was quick to respond and check-in was easy and smooth. Great overall experience and would definitely recommend this place.

Great and clean suite at a prime location. Comfortable beds. Just make sure to follow Google Maps directions instead of the recommendation by the host as it led us to a different building. Otherwise, all good.

Gudny's place was amazing and the photos didn't do it justice. My family of 5 were very comfortable. We loved the updated bathroom and use of the hot tub.

We have enjoyed this place, very peaceful and perfectly situated to visit the Golden Circle sites. The housing is quite basic, but sufficient and very comfortable. We recommend this place.

The place was nice and big. It was one of the few places in Iceland that had four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Lots of space to spread out and relax. Great view from the house. Easy to find, and off-street parking. Lots of room for the money. Just be aware that the house looked like someone was living there. By that I mean there were clothe in the closet, shoes in the entry way, and food in the refrigerator and freezer. It wasn't an issue for us, but some people don't like that. I would definitely rent from her again.

Photos were very accurate. The view in the morning was so pretty, and the house wasn’t hard to find. Jonina wasn’t available in person, but her sister helped direct us to the cabin at night, with no problem at all, and was very helpful. We all enjoyed our stay!

A spacious, well lit apartment with great views and walking distance from the city centre. Edda was a very responsive and helpful host. The apartment was equipped with everything needed for a long trip to Iceland. We would definitely stay there again!

A well-equipped, spacious basement appartment in a quiet neighbourhood just outside Reykjavik. It is easy to reach by car, and there are supermarkets, gas stations and charging stations at a 5-minute drive distance. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. And, speaking as a cat lover: there are 2 gorgeous big cats walking around that will come and say hello.

Amazing amenities and location (quiet and residential but close to center!), and very good communication from Konni, even while he was traveling overseas. The neighborhood and neighbors are also very nice. Altogether great experience when traveling with friends or family!

we spent three nights in a very pleasant accommodation close to many sites. it is very well equipped, quiet and we were able to see northern lights from the sofa through the glass windows of the living room. we highly recommend this accommodation! thank you for the welcome and the ideas for visits nearby!

Georg was very quick to respond to questions. He gave very clear, helpful directions as it isn’t easy to find. House was clean, view from the large living room window was lovely.
