The property is located in a family friendly neighborhood with a private beach used only by the neighborhood residents and guests . The park area features a picnic area, full basketball court, playground equipment, fishing, beautiful views of Lake Erie and it's just one small block away for your enjoyment. In addition, Lake Erie is close by with many beaches just 15 minutes of the property. Make note, the Thomas Edison birthplace museum is also located only two miles away. Located in a country setting, the retreat has a deck, fireplace, two-car garage and living quarters on the second floor. Not handicap accessible, requires steps to get in.
