It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. The house has its own boat ramp so if you want to bring your own boat you can. If not there are places to rent them from. Hope you come and enjoy our piece of paradise.

Under a 10 minute drive to quaint downtown Hickory with plenty of shopping and historical districts nearby. Stay in and cook a warm meal while relaxing indoors or step out outside and have a seat on the bench under the covered front porch. Listen to the birds singing while flying about in the nearby tree. We personally live close to the property and will be available if you need us.

Cabin on the Ponds

Private 3 acre property with small (400sq ft) "tiny house". Ideal for 2 to 4 people. It has a queen bed, 2 sofas that fold open into twin beds; and 4-foot height sleeping loft with two twin mattresses. Covered deck; 3 small ponds; party pavilion . . Basic toiletries and linens supplied, as well as plenty of dishes and kitchen supplies. This is a non-smoking cabin! Please do not throw cigarette butts on the grounds. Several trashcans are on the property for your use.

The 2-1-3 house is a charming 1950's bungalow right in the heart of hickory, just minutes from downtown, Lenoir Rhyne college, and many other corporate offices. Coffee houses, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and dry cleaning are all within walking distance. The 215 is pet friendly, however we REQUIRE a $20 pet fee also no more than 2 pets allowed.
