Lovely Stay, Lovely Hosts. Prime location for our needs which involved a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook. The minor oversights, were promptly addressed as soon as hosts were notified. Appreciated the ease of check-in and check-out, the communication between host, the cleanliness of the house, cute decor, and homey vibe. Great stay. Would recommend and would stay again. Everything went as smoothly as possible. Amy was excellent at her communication. The frequent emails with information was very useful. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood. The house was extremely clean and exactly as pictured. Would definitely consider staying there again if traveling to the Hamilton area again.

Our family of 20 had such a great time. This historic home has been beautifully restored, and we could see and appreciate its original aspects. The staircase, the high ceilings, and the gorgeous decor took us back in time. The updates were much appreciated as well - the swimming pool, the standup video games, the pool table, as well as the updated kitchen. Our grandchildren enjoyed swimming and then walking down to the corner ice cream shop!

Wow! Such a great host. Tyianna responded within minutes when an issue arose. Beautiful home, spotless, warm and welcoming. Had three kiddos with us and there was so much to do. The game room in the lower lever, numerous board games, and of course the pool. We swam every day! We were extremely happy with our stay and will probably check on renting it again next summer, thank you Tyanna! Chris Hintz

Beautiful home interior. Very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. All the lights were on when we arrived which was very welcoming. Everything we needed was there and it was a wonderful stay. We had a few questions while there and the response time was almost immediate. Highly recommend.

This home was beautiful. We had a small hiccup at check-in but it was resolved quickly. Communication was great and we definitely will be booking again in the future hopefully when’s it’s warm to enjoy the beautiful pool in the nice backyard.

Thanks for such a lovely place to stay. The sunflower touches were beautiful. I loved how it felt so warm and like I was stepping back in time to a beautiful little farmhouse. Everything was spotless and tasteful. I’m looking forward to returning later in the summer!

Highly Recommended! Beautiful Home! I definitely enjoyed my stay, from the quiet neighborhood, being close to family & all variables. The host, Elsa, was very responsive & accommodating. I felt at home, this place was one of the positives during my stay.

My family and I felt in love with this place because it was so beautiful, comfortable and peaceful. One night we went out and when we got back the door was locked because one of us locked it by accident and the host quickly responded and helped us get inside. The kitchen was very clean and large. Thank you so much for allowing us to extend our stay for couple days at the last minute! We definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

This place was perfect for our family of 3 visiting a friend at the air force base. We loved hanging out on the back deck (and enjoyed the fireflies in the evening). We felt really comfortable and the house had everything we needed to cook dinners at home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Tamara was very responsive and the best air bnb host! We really enjoyed our little vacation.

Taylor and Ryan are very proactive hosts, and were very quick to answer any questions I had. The space was comforting and looked identical to the advertised images. Very please with this stay and the host! Will definitely check in with Taylor & Ryans listings anytime I need to stay in the area.

The house is absolutely beautiful and perfectly cleaned. Nicole was very responsive and sweet. The house was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and coffee!!! We had a great trip and would absolutely rent that house again!

We (3 retired couples) loved Dolly's Haven! It was such a fun place to stay for our trip to the Air Force Museum. The home was very clean and the Dolly theme was carried out tastefully in every room. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the outside area in the evening. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Shannon for all the little details that made our stay so perfect!

The house is as described and the furniture is comfortable which I have found not to be in many AB&Bs. Victoria responds quickly and all our needs were promptly addressed. We would have been comfortable living in this home. Victoria is an A+ host.

I’ve been coming to Dayton for eight years for the same golf tournament Far and away our best overnight experience

This place is an absolute gem — just as gorgeous as the photos (maybe even better in person!). It’s got this warm, feel-good energy that made us relax the second we walked in. Super clean, super cozy, and in a really sweet neighborhood. We were in town to hang out with friends in Yellow Springs, and the drive wasn’t bad at all — totally worth it for such a comfy home base. The beds and pillows? Chef’s kiss — so comfy we joked that we might’ve been the first people to ever sleep there! All in all, a fantastic stay. We’d come back in a heartbeat! 💛

We had a great stay and would love to stay here again! The location was ideal for us. There’s was the peace and quite of not being in town, but an only few minutes to restaurants, groceries, the highway, and even the airport. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and the pool table and ping pong tables were great when the weather didn’t cooperate.

We loved our stay! It’s the perfect place to get away and have some peace and quiet! We enjoyed the privacy of the location but also that it was only 15min away from lots of great restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to relax and get away!

The host was extremely responsive. Check out procedures were simple and easy. That was very appreciated! This is our second stay here and it certainly won’t be our last!
