Great location and a good fit for our family.

Stayed at apartment to xc ski at Swedetown Trails. Apartment has a nice kitchen for preparing and eating meals. Apartment comfortable. Bed comfortable. Shower good. Lorri was very accommodating to my needs during my stay in Calumet.

Alexa's place was spotless, and beautifully and simply decorated. It was a comfortable space. One bed was very soft and one was firmer. Communication was excellent when needed. We had all the amenities we needed. Our only con was the shower/tub had a slant in, I believe purposely, but we weren't fans.

Fantastic spot!! Great walking access to food, the walking path, and shops nearby. Roy's is below the unit, so you hear and smell them preparing all the delicious pastries and pasties starting quite early. I bring a noise machine standardly. THE VIEW and deck makes this an epic place to stay. I cannot imagine staying somewhere better. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and was super convenient.

The apartment was exactly as described. Great place for two travelers or parents with one to two children. It has a nice view good location to what Houghton has to offer.

This was a perfect location for our stay and the accommodations were excellent. Very comfortable and clean. Host was very responsive. It was a very short visit, but we will be coming back to town again soon for a longer stay and will do it again.

Wow! This place was spotless, bed was comfy with lots of pillows, cute coffee bar, huge TV and really hot shower with lots of pressure (soap, shampoo and conditioner provided). Loved the cellphone holder on the wall by the shower!! The fenced in back patio and yard area were a bonus for us. Frederick sent very clear instructions to access the unit and checked on us after our first night. I reached out ahead of our arrival with a few questions, he was very responsive! Rizzo (my dog) and I came up to Michigan to hunt for rocks. The location was great for a home base for day trips. We visited Agate Beach park, Calumet Waterworks beach, Sand Point Lighthouse, Gratiot River County beach, F.J. McLain State Park, Eagle River Beach, Champion Mine Dump, Marquette, Presque Isle park, Nara Nature Park, Little Girls Point and the Champion mine ruins. If you’re looking for quiet, clean and comfortable, this is it!

Cozy apartment, centrally located to walk to most everything in Calumet. Was convenient to get rentals being right above the sporting goods store! Lorri was a gracious host and met us at check in for a tour. The folks staying in the neighboring apartments were also very kind. Will likely be back!

My partner and I were very happy with our stay in this cute, simple little apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived. We greatly appreciated that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals during our stay. The bathroom was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Roku on the tv made it easy for us to veg out on our fave shows after the adventuring. It had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Alexa was great at being clear with the instructions for check-in, and I encountered no issues during my stay.

Came up for MTU graduation. Place was clean, quiet, just as described. Appreciated the stay 😊

My wife and I along with our 4 kids and dog had an excellent experience staying here! The location is excellent and within walking distance of any and everything we could have wanted/needed. It was clean, we used the kitchen for almost every meal, vacuum and onsite laundry was nice to have, fast wifi, we appreciated there being 1 big tv in the living area as well as there being floor standing fans in each room! Would definitely stay here again!

The place was very clean with lots of kitchen appliances which was appreciated. We were a little surprised it was a duplex but we didn’t read the description very well. As previous guests have said we were a little off put by the political signs in the yard but the neighbor was very quiet. Overall, great place.

The whole stay was great. Very clean, The beds were comfortable to us. The kitchen was stocked with any needed utensils to cook. The bathroom was completely remodeled with lots of room. Lots of room to park your snowmobile trailer. I will forewarn you though, the house sits in a valley and is uphill either way out. Pre-plan your exit strategy with your trailer. I would definitely stay here again, super close trail UP17.

Great, cute, clean and brand new looking place! Everything seemed so clean! I was a bit surprised it was inside a pole barn, but it was extremely quiet, peaceful and a quick drive to Houghton for Michigan Tech move out weekend. Great restaurants and bars there! Close to beautiful nature trails, a sweet historic dam, and waterfalls. Very responsive host 😊

Really nice place to stay at. Offers a lot of privacy and peacefulness. Lots to explore at a reasonable distance, if you don’t mind a drive.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was cozy and warm and just what we needed for a four day getaway. We walked around the little town, everyone was very friendly. Jacqueline was very sweet and responded when I had questions. We drove up to Copper Harbor and hiked. Stopped in Houghton had pizza at the Ambassador which we highly recommend. Hiked O Kun de Kun trail, Agate falls and Bond Falls! We would come stay here again!
