Watching “CoCo” cook—his energy is unmatched—is an experience! Get there early; we went twice, and it was packed. Consider contributing to The Local Joint’s “pay it forward” option. A $10 donation covers a meal for someone in need. This region of North Carolina was severely impacted by Hurricane Helene. The destruction is heartbreaking, but the community is rebuilding. Many businesses and walking trails remain closed, so keep that in mind.

The Red Cottage was a solid stay. My son and I needed somewhere for a quick one night get away and thankfully we found the cottage. Feels like you’re miles away from downtown and a beautiful space. Lots to do within walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely beautiful and very well taken care of. It felt peaceful and private, the perfect spot to relax and unwind. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into creating a welcoming space. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable getaway.

We were visiting Asheville for a friends wedding and this provided the space and amenities we needed for a long weekend. It was peaceful and had a nice patio and outdoor space. It was an awesome suprise to see the fireflies twinkling in the trees by the creek at night while relaxing after a long day. It was just me and my husband but would be nice for a group of adults or a family getaway also. Plenty of space. Thanks for a good vacation!

We loved our stay! Everything we wanted to do was in close proximity and the recommendations for food were amazing! Our stay was peaceful and the cottage itself was lovely.

This cabin is well decorated, maintained, and homey. The hosts were so sweet and accommodating even left a sweet hand written note and gift for my wife’s birthday. The only thing we didn’t like was how close it proximity it was to the main house and the amenity of the fire pit feeling like it was in a shared space while we wanted a romantic private weekend. It being a guest house was disclosed in the description however was our fault that we didn’t fully read the full description. We enjoyed exploring the town, food was great but closed early even on the weekends (9pm) and catawba falls was beautiful! We would recommend this location and the hosts in a heartbeat.

Really enjoyed our stay. The view and sunsets were spectacular. The beds were extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Great place!!

What a perfect spot! Our little family, including our dog, loved David’s place. The fenced in back yard & well stocked kitchen were highlights. As others have noted, it is on a busy road, but from the backyard you can’t really tell — it feels very private. We would absolutely come back and stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at Robert's place. Such a beautiful setting. I loved sitting on the deck listening to the creeks. Will definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

I believe this was our 3rd time staying at the cottage. It’s one of my favorite ABNB’s. So cozy, so quaint. It’s like my little home away from home. It’s private, quiet, comfortable, especially the bed. It’s a bonus having 2 full bathrooms. Love the original wood floors thruout. Although we didn’t use the kitchen other than to make coffee in the morning, it’s updated & appears to be well stocked. We enjoyed the outside deck in the afternoons. And once again, I was greeted by 3 deer in the early morning. This time I had my phone handy. And to top it off, it’s a short easy drive to Main Street.

We loved staying at Ani’s cabin. It’s a beautiful setting and very private. A night the lightning bugs are something to see! The cabin is very well stocked-she has thought of everything! A great spot-we will definitely visit again!

Stayed for a couple of days with the pup & had a great time in Asheville - it was very convenient to west asheville! The dog loved the fenced in backyard and how flat everything was. The neighborhood did not seem very walkable so we just stuck to the yard.

Great place off the beaten path but with amenities not too far. The view from the front porch is spectacular. Our host is speedy I responded to our questions prior to arrival. Highly recommend this place.

Our favorite airbnb of many! Secluded with beautiful creek, large mowed grounds, pond, screened gazebo by creek, big porch facing creek/birds/flowers! Very spacious place With 2 br, 2ba and porches. Could hear creek from inside home and porch. super cozy and felt like home away from home. Hosts were super helpful when we were driving within 9 minutes of the place and got stopped by hurricane damaged railroad track forcing us to turn around with no phone signal or GPS signal. Awesome cookies made a great dinner for us that first night. The home was adorable, uniquely decorated with the host's artistic talents. We highly recommend this affordable paradise and will likely be back!

We had a great time at this property! The sound and natural beauty of the creek behind the property was so relaxing and peaceful! The location is not too far off from the attractions and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. The hot tub next to the creek was amazing! A great little getaway for a short or longer trip.

It was a pleasure to stay at Hilary's home for 2 nights. The location is wonderful; it is an easy 10-15 min drive to downtown but it still feels very secluded. The home was clean, modern, and very spacious for 2 people and a dog! I definitely recommend staying here if you are coming to the area.

My sister and I loved our stay at Cabin in the Clouds! The house was beautiful and the view was amazing. We spent most of our time at the house on the back deck. The furnishings were high end and substantial and the pull out couch was the most comfortable I have slept on. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the cabin, there was no dust or dirt to be found, you could tell whoever cleaned really cared about the house and guest experience.

Another amazing stay! We come every year and will continue dor many more to come:). Beautiful property, Gail is amazing and there are lots to do Hendersonville. Already counting the days till next summer.

Had a great stay at the cottage. It is extremely well equipped and all items and furnishings are of very good quality. Nice to have my own dedicated space to rest and sleep, work and cook in. Bo was very quick to respond to emails. Didn’t meet him during the stay but there was no issue and am very happy with the Airbnb experience

This was our second time staying at Black Bear Cottage and it was just as wonderful the second time! Our kids played for hours in the creek, we were comfortable in the cabin and close to all the fun things we wanted to do - hiking and the Biltmore and a day trip to Dollywood! Thanks for a great stay!

The view from Ethan’s place was incredible. The primary bathroom and kitchen were also beautiful.

Another fantastic stay at Leslie & Ed’s place! There are not enough good things to say about this magical spot. Our kids were immediately in the creek upon arrival and it was hard to get them out of there given how much fun they were having. You are surrounded by mountains in this charming cottage and you are hosted by the loveliest human beings who really go out of their way to make your stay feel special. They even greeted us with easter eggs for the kids! It’s our second stay here & we hope to be back next year for a third time. This is a special spot with special humans.

This cottage was perfect for our needs. It's tastefully decorated and comfortable with all kinds of extras provided. The kitchen is unusually well stocked with pots and pans, cutlery, utensils, and spices, so you can cook a full meal, if you want to. The neighborhood and the view from the porch are both lovely. You feel as if you are out in the country, but, in fact, you are very close to a large Ingles grocery and other shops. Plus, it's easy to get into downtown Asheville. We especially enjoyed watching the fireflies at night and listening to the birds in the morning, including an indigo bunting. One night, we even saw a black bear! We look forward to returning.

Me and my group stayed at Averee and Tim’s place for three days, and we absolutely adored it! The location was exactly what we wanted, a little removed but still close enough to town for comfort. The home was beautifully decorated, and we appreciated the time that must have gone into creating such a lovely experience for their guests. We cannot recommend this place enough! Peaceful, cozy, and the hosts were lovely as well. Perfect!
