From the Hart Farm: Pisgah Room (Room #1 of 2)

My farm is 8 miles from Brevard and a 45 min. drive to downtown Asheville. I am nestled between Pisgah National Forest and Dupont State Forest, which means unlimited hiking, waterfalls, swimming, kayaking and fishing. Cyclers will enjoy being on one of the many routes, while mountain bikers can enjoy forest trails and challenge themselves to the Oskar Blues Reeb Ranch. Equestrian folks can avail themselves to our local horse boarders and ride in both forests. There is something for everyone!

It's within 15 minutes of all the mountain biking and hiking DuPont State Forest has to offer and about a 15 minute-ish drive to Pisgah National Forest . After a day of adventures come home to enjoy some time on the back deck (it feels like you're in a treehouse) listening to the birds while the sun sets.

Lost Fox Sheep Farm at Bent Creek

No chores just enjoy this peaceful pasture, soak in the hot tub and feel a million miles away while only being 4 Miles to trail heads in Bent Creek, 2 miles to the Bent Creek river park and access (you can borrow my Kayaks or tubes) and 2 miles to the Blue Ridge parkway and Arboretum. 10 Miles to downtown Asheville. great location for hikes and mountain biking. This is a tiny house on a sheep farm. Early or late check in/out might be available on request.

Pisgah Highlands off grid cabin

*4x4 or AWD only* Escape to our tiny modern off grid cabin situated in the middle of our private 125 acre mountain top forestry management land which backs up to Pisgah National Forest. Wake up to soaring mountain views, hike all day on the Blue Ridge Parkway, grill out and make S'mores over the fire pit, and then roll open the glass garage door to fall asleep under the stars in a comfy bed...just 25 minutes to downtown Asheville! Outdoor seating w/ gas grill and al fresco dining. Patio w/ Chiminea. Limit 2 guests.
