Quiet, cosy furnished holiday apartment

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, has about 45m and consists of, kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, wardrobe, 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery, a car is recommended. Living room and bedroom are plastered with clay, this leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 persons, possibly 3, 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Ziller Valley. Great view of Zillertal. The whole house was rebuilt in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, pony, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful views. In winter plates slide, tobogganing, touring, snowshoeing.
