This place was very cute, we did have trouble with the hot tub a lot of the nights but the owners messaged us very fast how to fix it

Great place! We were in town for a baseball tournament and it was the perfect location close the the Blue Jays Spring Training facility. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely book here again!

The house was in a great location! Nice quiet neighborhood! We made so many wonderful memories! The pool and all the detail to decorating was perfect. We will def be back!!!

We absolutely LOVED this house and will probably make it an annual trip. The house is gorgeous and soooo well stocked! My whole family enjoyed the house and the games downstairs! The snacks and personalized note was such a thoughtful touch. What a fantastic spot! Chris was great too! 10/10 would recommend this listing!

I booked this AirBnb to stay there with my 3 kids, mom, and nephew. I work abroad and havent seen them in over a year. This airbnb and the surrounding area provided us with plenty to do and we achieved the goal of spending quality time together. Every day we would hit the beach and then when were in the house we would play games, watch movies, or swim. It was VERY relaxing with the quietness and beautiful scenery. Definitely worth the money for the memories we created. If youre on the fence about this place, book soon as possible or else you'll miss out.

From de moment we made the booking till checkout Nicole made sure we had all the required information. Communication with Nicole was great. We loved the location, close to the Beach, local restaurants. The pool and outdoor Area were our favorite. We would book Nicole’s Place when back in the area.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect to stay in, very cozy and spacious. Perfect spot for our home base when going to Universal for a day. The weather was perfect as well and being able to kayak down the river a bit was very therapeutic. Would love to come back again, especially to visit Tarpon Springs again. Love from Louisiana.

Our stay was more than we could’ve hoped for! When we arrived the space was unbelievably clean and also had just about everything we needed for the whole week. Nicole is also an amazing host, and her response time to any questions we had during our stay was almost immediate. She is definitely the best host i’ve ever had, and she made our week so easy with her help and a beautiful place to stay.

My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay at this peaceful serene get away. The home was lovely, super clean, updated and we loved watching the sunset on the balcony. The owner even left us a nice surprise basket! We had a professional photographer come to capture our engagement. The pictures turned out beautiful with the beach and park close by. We only wished we would have stayed longer!

My family stayed for a second time. This is our go to place to stay when traveling to the area. Laura is very responsive and helpful. House is very clean and newly updated.

What a great gem! It’s the second home on the property in the back. Spacious, comfy, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is amazing and so close to great restaurants, shopping, and the infamous bike path! Would definitely stay here again.

Great place with great location and great hosts. This place is walking distance to the whole strip of Clearwater beach. It was perfect for a little weekend getaway and the host was very on top of everything!

Our stay at Nick & Anna’s place was exactly what we needed. As soon as we walked in we felt at home. We all exclaimed the place was super cute and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed and there are so many stores very close by for all your needs. Nick and Anna were very proactive with their communication and provided such detailed instructions. They were so very accommodating and we will absolutely book with them again. We will also let all our friends and family know about Nick & Anna’s place when they make a trip down. You will not be disappointed!

The house was clean and comfortable. The location was close to things we wanted to do so that was great. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We communicated with our hosts using the app prior to our arrival but had no questions or problems after arrival so no need to communicate with them. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This place was exactly as described! It was extremely clean and they went above and beyond to provide extras. Plenty of towels and all pool/beach stuff you could need! Very responsive and checked in to make sure everything went smoothly. Will return it in the area again!

The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, beds were cozy, and there were thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like home. Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys etc were available to borrow and that was awesome too. The host was super responsive and kind. Check-in was seamless, and the local recommendations they provided were spot on. We fell in love with Honeymoon Island, Clearwater and Ana Maria Island and we plan to return soon! The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, and we were greeted by friendly neighbors anytime we went for walks. I’d absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience! The warm pool was the kids most favorite part of the house. Only 20 min from airport. Awesome all around!
