This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

The Magic Picture Window

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Catrina's place. The kitchen is huge and was well stocked with cooking materials. It had a binder with general information. Nicely came with paper towels, dishwashing soap, some spices/oil, etc. The beds were comfortable with great linens and an ample amount of comfortable pillows. Lots of throw blankets around the house as well to get cuddled up. We did have a small hiccup with the fireplace but it was promptly addressed by the host. The host had fantastic communication and got back to us very quickly when we had questions. Our kids really enjoyed both the cozy nook by the fireplace as well as the electric reclining couch. We enjoyed watching the deer and squirrels. We rented to go skiing at Bristol and the living room was very cozy with enough space for us all to relax and rest our sore muscles afterwards. Highly recommended and we would stay again!

What a perfect choice for us to spend a relaxing week celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary! While it felt remote and in the 'middle of nowhere,' we were only 15 minutes from the quaint little town of Canandaigua. The home was absolutely gorgeous, clean and had everything you'd possibly need. When they say "fully stocked" kitchen, they're not kidding. The bathrooms also had personal care items in case you forgot something. The basement bar is so fun, as was trying the sauna. Being a massage therapist, having an actual massage table was awesome. But the outdoor whirlpool was best! We soaked every night or early morning and loved being outdoors surrounded by nature. The beds & furniture were very comfortable. For those unsuspecting, I would just say be aware of woodland critters that can make it into the house ;) Upon arriving back one night, it was fun to drive slowly up the .5 mile driveway and as we parked under the carport, watch a mama & baby deer at the edge of the woods!

We absolutely loved this place! Even though it was a very rainy weekend we had a great time despite being stuck inside. We did get out to see and enjoy the beach for a bit, just a quick walk down a quiet street and also got to walk the boardwalk path and enjoy a little bird watching! Blake was quick to respond to any questions we had and was so knowledgeable about the area. The beds were comfy, the place was very clean. The master bathroom shower was glorious! We look forward to booking again! We will recommend this place to all our friends and family!

This home was perfect for our girls weekend getaway! The location is fabulous and ther was enough space for all 10 of us. Also loved that we didn't have to pay a huge cleaning fee-with 10 of us, it was easy to just pick up after ourselves and leave it the way it was when we arrived!
