Very cute place. Right on the canals, outstanding outdoor areas screened in porch high top on the back deck. We have the opportunity to meet Sam. He was an amazing host. Definitely will rebook if I’m back in that area. The Freezer restaurant is at the end of the road and within walking distance food was amazing!

This place was great! It is nicely furnished with Florida boat life decor. Everything was very modern and clean, and smelled good too! Lots of amenities were provided.

This is our second time staying here and plan on always coming back! Thank you so much for letting us make unforgettable memories with our kids!

My partner and I stayed here for a week, Christopher was king enough to let us extend our stay a few more days. My fur babies loved the yard, so did I! Got to watch all kinds of different birds land in the yard. Really enjoyed sun soaking in the lanai. King size bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is nice. Very close to many attractions. Swam with manatees and went boat charting, totally recommend if you’re in the area November -May. Overall a wonderful birthday/family reunion in my hometown. Thank you Christopher for accommodating my family! Would definitely stay again.

Easy access to the River. Boat dock had plenty of room for my 26ft boat. Enjoyed having the pool and loved the layout of the house. This is a good home for a family or even if you have a few more guest with the split floor plan. The kitchen has plenty of counter space for everything,Enjoyed the stay. Thanks!

We wanted a weekend getaway from our daily chaos and this was just the perfect place! The house was very clean, tidy and well done. Everything we needed and more was available. Kimberly was very helpful with the couple of items we asked about and even offered suggestions on local spots to check out. Definitely a must do again!

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas. We were in town for a family Christmas, and it was wonderful to have our own accommodations. There was plenty of space, a ton of amenities, and communication was frequent and thorough. We did have a bit of trouble getting in, and our hosts quickly resolved the issue and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. I highly recommend working with Brit and Brandon and staying at their beautiful property.

I had family in from up north and I of course wanted to be the coolest aunt, so I rented Rhonda’s place. It was absolutely perfect. It offered so much beauty just being able to paddle on the springs to see manatees and other wildlife. If you want a quaint perfect spot on the river I would highly recommend Rhonda’s place.

Family of 5 (3 kids) and two dogs from VA. Felt the house was perfect with a great yard and cool trees. The dogs didn’t need leashed and could be at ease with pool access being safe. (My dogs can’t swim) The sheets were real cotton (this means a lot) and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of bedding and pillow options. Kitchen had the basics to cook meals which was easier. The house had everything we needed to have a great vacation other than food to eat. Close to everything we wanted to do. A great trail that was not a commercialized walk where we saw armadillos, manatees, an alligator, bald eagles, snakes and we could hear two owls talking. It was perfection. The swing out back was a nice peaceful touch and I really appreciated the grill. We saw crystal clear water at three sisters while kayaking as well as dolphins at sunset. We took a boat cruise to an island and found more shells I’ve seen in my life. I’d come back again and again. No hoopla where tons of people were.

This was a great place to stay! We were in town to kayak and the location was perfect for our adventure and really close to a bunch of good places to eat. The home had everything we needed and the pool was a great way to spend the day relaxing. We definitely would stay here again!

Booked the property for a mini vacation with family for my birthday weekend. We had the best time!! The house is beautiful and the views were spectacular. There were ample amenities provided to for a relaxing stay and the hosts, Alix and Summer, were both super nice and accommodating! 10/10 recommend this stay. Me and my family are definitely going to make this a regular booking!!

Erika’s space is beautiful and accommodating. The full kitchen allowed us to make meals and store things in the fridge. The pool space is large and the pool was the perfect temperature after a warm day. The bed was very comfortable as well. Erika her self checked in regularly and made sure we had everything we needed. She also made sure we had our privacy. I would highly recommended her place.

We enjoyed our memorial weekend with the whole family! The kids loved the fishing and the pool. The game room was a hit and there was tons of space. We had over 10 people and never felt on top of one another.

Sandra’s house was absolutely perfect. Beautiful, clean, and cozy — exactly what we were looking for. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and you can tell the space is cared for with love. The location was great, and everything worked flawlessly. Sandra was also an amazing host — kind, responsive, and made everything incredibly easy for us. We truly felt at home and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommended!

Paul’s place was clean and welcoming! The showers had a little mildew, but overall you could tell the place is very well cared for! The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful and place about an hour every way from the heart of Tampa and Orlando!

The house is beautiful and spacious. The decoration and distribution of the areas is very beautiful and you can tell that it is well thought out. It has all the utensils you may need in the kitchen. The check-in was easy and everything was very clean. The pool is large and the view of the lake gives it a plus. The lakeside area is excellent for relaxing. The grill was in excellent condition. If you are looking for tranquillity, connecting with nature and spending a good weekend with your family is the perfect place. Pinay was a very good hostess, we would definitely come back.

Convenient location and exactly as described. Spacious and clean. Has full kitchen and surprisingly spacious bathroom and shower. The TV and couch are comfortable. AC is a nice amenity but quite loud when running.

Booked a weekend stay for my boyfriends 28th birthday. This was such an unforgettable stay for us. I could go on and on, but I’ll keep it short and say Dustin was one of the best hosts I’ve experienced on air bnb. He responded promptly every time I had a question and was so friendly. The house was clean and had endless amenities. The main reason I booked this stay is because of the included kayaks and boat launch which made kayaking so easy. We already can’t wait to come back. Thank you Dustin!

A cute cottage. We felt comfortable and safe. The keurig and coffee pods were a nice touch. We enjoyed our coffee on the screened back porch.

The place is very quaint and easy to baby proof when we arrived. Everything was clean and easily accessible. The bath tub is a little outdated but we did not mind at all. The patio looked like it was under renovation so we didn’t spend any time there and we did not stay long enough to have that kind of leisure time. All in all the house was perfect for our stay at Crystal River.

We had a great stay. It was very well stocked and comfortable. The owner even left some goodies that were a surprise. I had a few concerns about staying at a location only accessible by boat but it turned out great. It was a much needed relaxing getaway.
