Sea Suite on the Homer Spit

Sea Suite has two bedrooms with a 180 degree view of Kachemak Bay on the Homer Spit. The suite is located on a boardwalk where the waves roll underneath you on the high tide. From the deck, you can watch seals & sea otters play and other critters swim by. The suite has a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, hotplate, coffee maker, and tea kettle. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. The Homer Shores Boardwalk is home to a candy shop, ice cream shop, restaurants, gift shops and more.

Cozy Studio Apartment with Alpine View

This unique, private studio apartment is a cozy getaway right on the edge of the Alaskan backcountry. Enjoy the opportunity to witness sandhill cranes, moose, foxes, and other wildlife right out your window! Comfortably sleeps 3 with 2 x twin beds and a convertible futon bed. Apartment includes private bathroom, coffee & tea, microwave, fridge, double burner, full cooking supplies, TV with ROKU, and wifi. Property has plenty of parking. A remarkably short 10-minute drive to downtown Homer.

Large 1 bed with Sauna, trundle bed & fish storage

This one bedroom downstairs suite has a private entrance and sauna. It is located below our main house so there will be noise from above as we do have dogs & kiddos. Located 4.5 miles out East End Rd, 10 minutes from downtown, & the airport & Homer Spit. Unit completed in 2021 with a big kitchen, living room and bedroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed and living room has a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Pack n play, toys & toddler stuff available, just request if needed.

This modern daylight basement unit is a section of an A-frame home that has two other rental units available. This unit is at ground level so there are no stairs to get into it (see notes about the single step in the bathroom). It is minutes away from two grocery stores and most local restaurants.

Sea Breeze Suite

We have welcomed people into our home from all over the world, now we'd like to invite you! This cozy studio apartment is located on a quiet culdesac street in town. It is close to restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops, but most importantly, it's only a 5-minute walk to the beach. Our studio comfortably accommodates 2, up to 3 max. *Our vanity area has been updated. The toaster oven is no longer available.*

Beach Day Guest House

Enjoy a cute and cozy stay in our new construction beach guest house unit. Centrally located in town and walking distance to restaurants, stores and bakeries. Our place is right on the beach with beach access 50 yards away! There is a designated parking spot in the driveway for guests and the suite is just down one flight of shared stairs.
