Centrally located for easy access to the Homer spit, beaches, fishing, shopping, farmers market, art galleries, grocery stores, breweries, coffee shops and restaurants. While your in the middle of town, this upstairs suite feels very private with your entry facing tall spruce trees and a small backyard. The space is equipped with one full bath, 2 bedrooms with one queen bed in each room and a full kitchen. There is wifi and a TV with ROKU setup to allow you to access your own streaming content.

Sea Suite on the Homer Spit

Sea Suite has two bedrooms with a 180 degree view of Kachemak Bay on the Homer Spit. The suite is located on a boardwalk where the waves roll underneath you on the high tide. From the deck, you can watch seals & sea otters play and other critters swim by. The suite has a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, hotplate, coffee maker, and tea kettle. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. The Homer Shores Boardwalk is home to a candy shop, ice cream shop, restaurants, gift shops and more.

Blue Sky Studio

Our fully remodeled mother in law studio unit is 5 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to downtown and 5 minutes to Kincaid Park (1,516.78 acres of trails for cycling, running, hiking, disc golf, or simply taking in the scenery & wildlife). We are also within walking distance to fine & casual dining as well as a local coffee house. A few nights stay or as a "home base", we offer a comfortable home away from home for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We hope to be your hosts!

Forest Floor Apartment

The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use the canoe at Sand Lake.

Welcome to your home away from home in Anchorage, Alaska! The house is in a quiet neighborhood on the base of the Chugach Mountains. This private location is nicely wooded, features mountain views, and is conveniently located adjacent to Anchorage's world class hiking, biking, and skiing trails. The Alaska Zoo and Anchorage Golf Course are also very close. Grocery stores and excellent restaurants are just a few minutes away.
