Had a great short stay! The apartment is centrally located in Kaprun, so you can quickly get anywhere on foot as well as by bus (ski rental, hiking trails, bike paths, Tauerntherme, town center with shops and restaurants). The apartment and also the garden area are at the same time lovingly designed and we felt very comfortable with Nina and her family.

We stayed with Stuart for the second time and felt right at home! It's really great to have Stuart as a host, he is easily accessible, always nice and helpful :). You have the whole house to yourself, which is a great luxury and we always enjoy very much! In Kaprun you can walk to everything from the house, but at the same time you have your peace and quiet to relax superbly. We will definitely come back several times to be Stuart's guests:)!

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

It was an amazing stay. Price Leisfing was great and the "real" hosts were great. The hosts run a restaurant right next door, and the value for money is great. We were very accommodating at check-in and check-out times and we had very nice people to deal with. We quickly got used to the noisy Alm, and it was even a great hut feeling. The accommodation is very clean, the opening very easy to heat with the wood, the view fantastic.... I can't write anything negative, except maybe that the communication here at Airbnb is through an agency that communicates in English and ignored my request to change the period. That's why I had to cancel and rebook immediately, but it's still worth it to come back here.

We were guests of Maria and Josef for an extended hiking weekend. I can only agree with the previous reviews - we had a wonderful AirBnB experience in the best sense, as it was originally intended! You will live on the upper floor of the detached house - enough privacy, but also "family connection"! Maria and Josef have a big heart, are very friendly, open and helpful and gave us great tips for our hikes. The rooms are spacious, super clean, furnished in a traditional style, you have a great view everywhere, the balcony offers space to eat. The location is very quiet and surrounded by nature, yet you can reach the village for shopping or the highway in a few minutes by car and can also reach more distant destinations quickly. There is a lot to explore in the area, from easy walks to challenging summit tours! We immediately felt comfortable and welcome and would come back without hesitation!

We had an incredible stay at Andrea’s place! From the moment we arrived, Andrea went above and beyond to make our visit special. The house was perfectly located to walk to the bus stop and ride to the base of Kitzbühel mountain for skiing. Andrea’s dog, Brunello, was super friendly and got along wonderfully with our dogs. The private, fenced-in yard was a great bonus, allowing our dogs to play and get their zoomies out while we relaxed. Every morning, Andrea made us a delicious breakfast at the times we requested, and she made sure we had passes for the bus and train to explore the area. Her hospitality truly made our trip memorable. We would absolutely recommend this place 10/10, and we’ll definitely be back to stay again for skiing in the area.

It’s a beautiful space with a stunning view just steps away from a cable car , grocery store ( spar) and couple of minutes from the village restaurant s - yet very peaceful and secluded. There’s also a wonderful terrace- a must on sunny afternoons after skiing or hiking. It’s really a perfect apartment and location for skiing, exploring the mountains or just relaxing. Hope to be back soon.

Very pleasant accommodation in a quiet part of Mittersill on the floor of a family house with a separate entrance. The hostess actively communicated with us, provided us with the SommerCard and prepared clean and nice accommodation.

We felt very comfortable, the contact was very friendly and Olli was extremely quick in answering. The check-in via key box was super easy, the savings directly opposite. The apartment was clean and prepared with attention to detail, so we felt right at home. For me, at almost 2m, it was very important that the bed was open at the feet. Of course, the possibility of using the outdoor pool and mini golf for free was great and we could eat through the entire menu of the many available restaurants. Really a great vacation, thank you. :)

Beautiful stay in Matthias' accommodation, who was able to advise us precisely in our visits. The accommodation was perfectly in line with the listing, clean, warm and ideally located to discover the Dolomites. We particularly appreciated his responsiveness and kindness. A very nice experience that we recommend without hesitation.

Absolutely the nicest apartment that we’ve been to. Has a really nice view. But the thing is, the apartment has a veranda with a ceiling. We spent a lot of time there, also when it was raining. We ate breakfast there. We could see the view without the interference of a window. It was something. Birgit the host was fluent in English. This is not the case always with an Austrian host. In summary, this apartment was a true find. Could be the best deal in Flachau

Everything as described, Stephanie responded very quickly and the apartment has a personal touch. The location is of course great. Check-in is in person and you don't just get a key code, which we like. Everything was also provided for our child. There were plenty of towels and a small basic equipment in the kitchen such as tea, coffee, oil, cereal and milk.

We stayed with the family (partner, child and parents) in Bad Hofgastein over the weekend and enjoyed our stay in Andrea's accommodation. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Check-in and check-out were completely straightforward, Andrea was extremely friendly and helpful. A small downside was that it was quite cool in the house. Also the water in the shower took a long time to get warm and the switch from the rain shower to the handheld shower was hardly possible. Nevertheless, we liked the apartment very much overall and we can absolutely recommend the accommodation, especially because of the great location, cleanliness and the nice hostess. The apartment is very large and in an incredibly beautiful location. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you could need. You can go hiking in the area, Saskia and Arturs know each other well and have lots of helpful tips for things to do. The two were totally friendly and helped us a lot. The apartment is highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable with Rainer. We were greeted super friendly and Rainer had some tips for us in Schliersee. If we had any questions, Rainer was always very quick to reach and actively supported us. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Schliersee, there are very nice walks and hiking trails in the area. The apartment is very quiet and also has a nice balcony. View of the garden, from which you can even see mountains. We will be back!

We had an amazing stay at Nora & Peter's property recently. The apartment looks even better than the photos and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We have enjoyed our tea in the balcony watching beautiful sunsets. The apartment is very well equipped and very thoughtful designed by the hosts. Everything is exceptionally clean . The kitchen was also very well stocked which was helpful for us to make meals occasionally. We also were in love with this town, loved to walk by the lake. Its so peaceful. In the summers, this lake is filled with water activities, swimming etc. There is a small convenient store 2 min down the road. Nora and Peter were constantly in touch with us and were very helpful from the start to the end. This is one of the best properties we have lived in and Nora & Peter are absolutely the best hosts which made our stay so memorable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Karin is a really friendly host, she always responded quickly and helped us with all our requests and questions. Glad that the check-in and check-out are flexible, because the key can be picked up independently. The apartment is very complete, everything needed for a nice stay is present. The location is great, the AreitXpress and several supermarkets are within walking distance.

The accommodation was clean and it has everything you need, including great basic equipment in the kitchen and bathroom! I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to vacation in the area!
