Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. The rooms are ideal for travelers who want to enjoy the tranquility and the wonderful nature of travelers who are passing through. The surroundings are perfect for discovering several beautiful places in the Netherlands. Hoorn, Alkmaar, Enkhuizen, Volendam and Amsterdam are all within half an hour driving distance. You are fifteen minutes to the IJsselmeer and with half an hour to the beach.

Hello, we are Bart and Marieke and rent out a unique residence located on the waterfront in the center of Kolhorn. You can unwind under the veranda and have canoes at your disposal with which you can explore the beautiful surroundings and the picturesque village of Kolhorn. It is located on the Westfriese Omringdijk, where you can take beautiful cycling or walking tours in the area. You can enjoy the beach and the cozy city of Schagen with the West Frisian Market every week.

Unique accommodation in the garden of an old church. The Tiny house is small in size but large in living space! Relax on the terrace or in the forest garden. Dream away in the hot tub (optional €40 per day, will be stoked for you) under the stars and enjoy the silence. Wake up with sunrise and a view over the meadows. Cozy Pipo with large waterfront swing

Romantic accommodation with a view from your bed on the water and a 2-person swing. From the love-seat, you can watch the TV or the fireplace (heating) and you have it cozy in the winter, or you can sit outside on the terrace by the water in the summer to daydream, read or play games. Kayak or 2 supboards can be booked. There are also bicycles, which you can borrow for free. The bathroom is 1 step outside the pipo and all for you.

House with stunning views and private garden.

Lovely apartment with 2 bedrooms. All to yourself. At the back a spacious garden room with fireplace and in addition a private garden. The garden room can be heated with the fireplace . In the winter it can be too cold to sit there only with the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bath and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Lovely apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!

Art & Tatra (Art of Lida and Cees cars)

Our B&B is located in the heart of Waarland, with Alkmaar, Schagen and Heerhugowaard are within cycling distance. It is a guest house for 4 people, suitable for a family with older children. There is no train station in Waarland, and there are no buses in the evening. Without a car, we may not be the right location. For stays longer than 5 days, a discount is given, but you must provide your own breakfast.

Shaving bridge between city and beach

Schagerbrug is a village in the municipality of Schagen, North Holland, Germany. Around the village you will find an open polder landscape in which you can excellent hiking and biking. Not far west of Schagerbrug lies a beautiful dune area, the Zwanenwater, in which you can relax well. A beautiful beach walk is of course also possible! A visit to Den Helder or Alkmaar is also one of the options.
