Spacious and homely apartment in center, near sea.

Pleasant, spacious (70 m2) appartment on the whole groundfloor of my house with private, modest kitchen and private bathroom and access to a large cozy garden (150m2) in the center of Den Helder. Walking distance to the sea, the trainstation (75 minutes to Amsterdam) and the ferry to Texel. Parking is free in a distance of 300 meter, and around the house is a blue parking zone here you can stand for three hours. Garage available to park your bikes inside. Supermarket one minute walking distance.

Come and enjoy all the flowers that the Noordkop has in store for you this spring. From the attic, you have a beautiful panoramic view and can enjoy daffodils, hyacinths and tulips in the area. This apartment is also completely "Corona-proof"! You can park your car in front of the door, the place is thoroughly cleaned, and you have your own space on the loggia, among other things. Per 1 januari 2026 geldt Adults Only. Fijn en ruim appartement in een mooie oude Stolpboerderij in het prachtige Den Hoorn op Texel. Slaapkamer, kleedkamer en open living. Buiten is er een terras met 2 zitjes en wijds uitzicht over de landerijen. Supermarkt op loopafstand. Hier koopt u 's ochtends uw vers gebakken broodjes maar ook duurzaam Texels vlees. Verschillende eetgelegenheden en net buiten het dorp Novalishoeve voor een lekker lunch of koffie.

There is no train station in Waarland, and there are no buses in the evening. Without a car, we may not be the right location. Schagerbrug is a village in the municipality of Schagen, North Holland, Germany. Around the village you will find an open polder landscape in which you can excellent hiking and biking. Not far west of Schagerbrug lies a beautiful dune area, the Zwanenwater, in which you can relax well. A beautiful beach walk is of course also possible! A visit to Den Helder or Alkmaar is also one of the options.
