Das neue Tiny House schwebt über einer leicht abfallenden Wiese und vereint gute Architektur und Landleben. Du kannst bei uns zur Ruhe kommen und den Alltag hinter Dir lassen. Die "Fischerei_34g" liegt zwischen See und dem Beginn des Bregenzerwaldes auf 600m. Entfernung zum Bodensee / Stadtmitte Bregenz : ca.6 km Pfänderspitze : ca.5 km, zu Fuß ab der Unterkunft erreichbar.

Gem in the medieval city center of Bregenz

Zentral und ruhig gelegen in der Oberstadt, dem wohl schönsten Teil von Bregenz. Über den pittoresken Stadtsteig gelangt man von der Innenstadt in 5 Min Fußweg in die Oberstadt. Hier angekommen, fühlt man sich wie in eine vergangene Zeit zurückversetzt. Direkt an der Südseite der alten Stadtmauer aus dem Mittelalter befindet sich meine Wohnung (Bj. 1442), die 2022 neu renoviert wurde. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss mit eigenem Hauseingang und verfügt über einen kleinen, gemütlichen Garten.

Dieses Haus befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung und bietet sehr viel Platz für zwei Personen. Die sehr große Terrasse hat einen schönen Ausblick. Es sind Sitzmöglichkeiten und Liegestühle vorhanden. Weiters steht den Gästen ein Carport oder Parkplatz (je nach Autogröße) direkt vor dem Haus während des Aufenthaltes gratis zur Verfügung. Es gibt bei der Garage noch einen eigenen abschließbaren Kellerraum (z.B. für Fahrräder).

It is great for families and is right next to the "Kreers Alp" snack bar. The outdoor facilities are of course usable and offer space for playing in the great outdoors in addition to the barbecue area. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towel service and a hairdryer are also available free of charge.

On the shelf you will find many German, English and Turkish books and games that serve as entertainment. With great love, we built our tiny home entirely on our own, putting a lot of thought and energy into it. It is located in the far west of Austria, in Vorarlberg – near Liechtenstein, Switzerland, and Germany. The house offers space for 4 people: a double bed (140 cm wide) and a bunk bed with two sleeping spaces. The kitchen-living room is small but very cozy. There’s a large terrace and a garden with plenty of plants.
