La casa è molto bella e in una zona tranquilla vicina al paese. C'era tutto quello che serviva, la cucina era ben fornita e il self check-in è stato molto comodo. Comodo anche il parcheggio davanti alla casa.

De communicatie met Gerda vooraf en tijdens het verblijf is prima. Bij aankomst heeft ze ons alles laten zien en alles uitgelegd. Gerda is erg vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Ze dringt er op aan om niet te schromen iets te vragen. Ze reageert snel op onze vragen en check tussendoor of alles naar wens is. Het appartement is prachtig ingericht en in onberispelijke staat. Je voelt je er gelijk thuis. De ruimtes zijn groot en modern. Er is een hele grote tuin met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Al met al dus zeer aan te bevelen.

I have so many good things to say about this place. Philip was incredibly kind and helpful. The place was stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. It is peaceful and walkable and everywhere you look is beautiful. The place is cozy and super clean, I loved opening the windows and just staring out at the view. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Diese Wohnung ist süß, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Sie ist auch perfekt für Hundebesitzer aufgrund des Gartens. Vielen Dank, wir hatten ein paar wunderbare Tage!

Janin war immer super freundlich und hat sehr schnell auf die Nachrichten reagiert. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden damit.

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht. Gute Lage für Ausflüge aller Art. Top modern eingerichtet. Küche hat alle Ausstattungen und Utensilien die man benötigt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, immer gut zu erreichen und hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Außerdem hat sie vorab alles sehr gut kommuniziert und erklärt, sodass alles klar war und reibungslos geklappt hat. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Freunden dort.

Franziska's place is beautiful surrounded by pure nature. The house had everything we needed to just stay in the house and relax. The views are truly breathtaking. Franziska is responsive, friendly, and kind. I would definitely recommend her place. However, I wouldn't recommend to older people or people with physical disadvantages only because of the 15 min walk up the hill. It does take effort, but we loved it! We will definitely be coming back!

Harald's place is very comfortable. We immediately felt at home the moment we stepped in. Harald's apartment looks even better than in photos. The bed, the pillows, the blankets, and the sofa bed (with mattress topping) are wonderful and made our whole family rest absolutely like sleeping in the clouds. The apartment is spick and span. Its space is very adequate for the four of us. The apartment sits in a quiet residential neighbourhood atop a mountain, and overlooks beautiful landscape of Lake Konstanz and Swiss Alps. Harald is very responsive and friendly.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl in Heikes Unterkunft gefühlt. Dank der Lage im Souterrain war es trotz heißer Tage angenehm kühl. Die ganze Wohnung war super sauber und gepflegt. Die Möbel stehen inzwischen etwas anders als auf den Fotos (Fernseher an der Wand), das fand ich auch positiv. Das Laden meines Elektroautos hat auch unkompliziert geklappt und die Lage ist sehr ruhig in einer privaten Straße. Klare Empfehlung mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Was man wissen muss: die Wohnung hat keine Küche, dh. man muss Geschirr im Bad abwaschen. Utensilien dafür und ein Kühlschrank sind aber vorhanden.

Ein wirklich uriges Appartement zum Wohlfühlen und Ausspannen. Top ausgestattet und ein wundervoller Blick übers Tal. Wanderungen kann man direkt am Haus starten oder man fährt einen der unzähligen umliegenden Wanderparkplätze an.

Super Lage, tolle Aussicht und eine gute Anbindung. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat auch einen Grill (sollte in der Beschreibung ergänzt werden). Wir hatten schöne Tage hier, wobei wir fast den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Die Umgebung ist super, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist oder sich ein Fahrrad leiht.

Berti était chaleureuse, souriante et accueillante. Elle était disponible et réactive durant toute la durée de notre séjour. Le logement est très bien situé dans le village d’Appenzell. Le lieu est paisible et typique d’Appenzell. Je recommande vivement. J’ai rarement vu un appartement autant propre et avec du matériel et le nécessaire de cuisine (huile, épices, café, …) de si bonne qualité.

„Wohlfühlunterkunft in zentraler Lage“ Ich habe mich in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Gastgeberin Gabi war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang! Ich komme gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful stay at Toni and Babur’s apartment! Everything was perfect, the place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Toni and Babur were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome. Thank you both for your hospitality, we felt right at home and would gladly come back again. Die Unterkunft von Deborah war einfach spitze. Sie war sehr geräumig und alles war blitzsauber. Deborah war sehr freundlich und hat uns persönlich empfangen. Ich würde die Unterkunft aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen.

Really nice appartment perfectly located in Walenstadt. It's a two-bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen and both roomy bathroom and living/diningroom. Highlight is the nice view from the living room as well as the outside area. Fully and well equipped: comfortable beds, the kitchen incl. dish-washing and coffee machines, living room featuring TV incl. gaming console, grill in the exterior area. Some details went beyond expectations: bathroom with pleasant toileteries, complete equipment to grill outside. Location is really convenient. Aprox 10 min walk from both the centre of Walenstadt, as well as from the lake and the big playground for the kids. The area is residential area, at the very end of street hence quite and reassuring for the kids playing outside. Michaela was a wonderful host, preparing the appartment up to details, and also answering questions and helping us to make the stay even more convenient. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist so schön eingerichtet und der liebevoll gestaltet Garten ist im Sommer ein Traum. Bei der Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Vorallem die Küche ist wahnsinnig gut ausgestattet, es gibt wirklich Alles. Check-in und Check-out waren total unkompliziert. Rosmarie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit ist. Die Lage fanden wir auch sehr gut, man kann viel unternehmen in der Umgebung. Der private Stellplatz im Carport ist sehr praktisch. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Dornbirn.

Our family of 5 used Nicole's place in Unterterzen as a home base to visit Switzerland. The apartment was clean, larger than we expected based on the pictures and description, and easily walkable to the train station and grocery store. The kitchen was very well appointed compared to other Airbnb's. The lake and surroundings are grogeous, with easily walkable paths and is close to the Gondola up to Flumersberg and the ferry to other cities around the lake. Everything at the apartment was operational and instructions from Nicole for checkin / checkout were very clear. Nicole was responsive to any questions and needs. We very much enjoyed our stay in Unterterzen and had many memorable experiences we will carry for the rest of our lives.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Sigis wunderschönen Wohnung. Die Lage ist hervorragend - ruhig und mit super Wanderungen und dennoch bekommt man alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Sigi ist super freundlich, hilft einem sofort und lässt einen sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen auf dem Balkon bei dieser Aussicht ist eine Sensation - das wird uns sehr fehlen! Auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hervorragend - alles da und wunderbar wohnlich, sodass man sich einfach nur wohl fühlen kann. Auch unserem Baby hat es super gefallen :) danke Sigi für die tolle Zeit bei Dir!

We had a great stay at Marcus and Lana's place. The apartment is lovely, and it was spotless. The location is great, especially for wine lovers, as there are many wineries accessible on foot! ;) There was a private parking space, and the location allows you to reach many tourist points on the Bodensee by car quite quickly. The neighbourhood is very peaceful. We did not bike, but the location seemed great for it, and there was even a bike rental nearby. Overall, we had a great time and we would come back again. Definitely recommend it!

Claudia ist eine sympathische zuvorkommend Gastgeberin. Das gut ausgestattete Apartment mit eingezäunten Garten ist auch mit Hundebegleitung super. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Die Unterkunft war einfach zu finden und liegt in einer schönen Gegend, die zum spazieren einlädt. Es war ruhig und die Unterkunft war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber haben mir auch schnell geantwortet, was mir allerdings dann auch erst angezeigt wurde, als ich wieder in der Wohnung war, da ich unterwegs eingeschränkt Internet auf dem Handy hatte. 😅 Was man halt schauen muss, wie man am besten von Bahnhof aus, zur Unterkunft laufen möchte. Wir sind die Tage verschiedene Wege gelaufen und haben dann den für uns perfekten Weg gefunden. Außerdem ist die Umgebung so schön das wir auch sehr schnell vergessen haben wie viel wir eigentlich gelaufen sind. Worauf wir dann auch achten mussten, war das wir keine Tiere in die Unterkunft mitbringen. 😅😂 Es gab da nämlich eine Situation das wir die Haustür aufmachen wollten und dann ein Frosch unten an der Tür saß. Den hatten wir aber zum Glück noch rechtzeitig gesehen. Ich kann es auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen 🙏🙏

Beautiful apartment located right on the water. This was an amazing experience for my family. Had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy! We had an amazing time! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Amazing views and excellent location.
