Chau and her family make you feel right at home. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable and so close to all the attractions. It is right around the corner from the night market, yet once you round that corner her building offers a quiet respite from all the hustle and bustle. I walked to all the activities I had planned and feel like I really got to experience Hoi An. Chau also organized all my transfers from the airport! I would warly and enthusiastically recommend staying with Chau!

We had a wonderful stay for just over a week. The location was perfect. Very close to the centre but not too close so away from the crowds. Loved the pool and the indoor terrace. On hot days it was the perfect location to come back and chill out for a few hours. The host was super friendly and had excellent advice on local attractions and restaurants. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was enjoyable. A great villa! Home away from home!

If you visit Hoi An, you MUST stay here. This is right along the river in the Ancient city. The hosts will collect you from the airport, bring you and your bags here, and deliver concierge-level service. Trust their recommendations and you’ll have the trip of a lifetime!

We absolutely loved staying here! Chung and An, our hosts, were so warm and friendly. They let us store our bags with them whilst we went to the Cham Islands for the night. We ended up having to stay on the island for a week because the weather turned bad and it wasn't safe to cross back to the mainland (which wasn't a problem for us as we loved it there!), and Chung was incredibly helpful about taking care of our bags until we returned. We loved the room and the view of the rice paddies out the back, and it was great to have an outdoor dining/working area in the garden. We used their free bikes and when we needed a scooter Chung organised a really good one for us, at a reasonable price. This Homestay is set back from quite a busy road, so if you can't cope with road noise it probably isn't for you. Other than that, we couldn't recommend it highly enough! It's very clean and incredibly good value with lovely hosts. We will definitely come back next time we're in Hoi An.

We enjoyed very much. Very nice people! They helped us with a night bus situation and gave us tips on what was currently fun to do in the city. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Great accommodation! The price-quality ratio is 10 out of 10. The host is friendly and responsive. The house is beautifully designed. The garden is amazing, with mangoes, durians, and bananas – you don't see this in Siberia! Highly recommend!

Quang place was wonderful. We had a beautiful visit to Hoi An, the accommodations being superb. We stayed at the center of old Hoi An, tucked away from the busy street. Lee had lots of recommendations for tours, etc. Very helpful and we were able to keep our bags with him for a few hours after check out.

Nice apartment, a lot of space. The area around is close to main restaurants, coffee shops and bars (~700m). Air conditioning is OK, hot water is the shower is OK. Phuoc Quoc is a good host, polite and pleasant to talk to. We met for signing contract purpose only (this is a requirement from Vietnamese police). Check-in was by ourselves, the keys were in the locker with a code.

Nice and affordable place to stay in Hoi An. Walkable distance to town but far enough away that it is quiet at night. WIFI, air conditioning and hot water works well. The host accommodated my needs or any questions and was very responsive.

The place was so clean. The host takes great care to make sure that everything is pristine. She offered cleaning several times throughout my stay. I was offered free water on many occasions and the host has bikes for if you want to go into town. I recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a simple, clean, and peaceful stay.

Thao is a great host. It feels very charm and cosy. She is quite effective responding the messages and requests. Also, she helps to rent bikes or arrange transport services. Definitely, this is a worthy place.

This is a great find. The view from the balcony is lovely and the room itself is very comfortable. I worked remotely from the room looking over Hoi An old town for a few hours before heading out. The night market is 2min walk & the location for restaurants was perfect. The main strip of bars is close too, but far enough away that it’s peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

The host is responsive and check in was easy as there was a staff who guided and waited for us til we arrive. I have a fantastic stay overall. The location was on a residential side. The space was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. One small note: the bed was a bit firm for my liking. However, this is a personal preference and might be perfect for others. Despite this, I still had a good night's sleep and enjoyed my stay. Thank you to Thi and her staff for the hospitality. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay.

Will absolutely stay here again in the future. The group of us rented the entire place and was an excellent choice. Also Duc was very polite and attentive to our needs (asking several times if we needed anything as well as picking us up from the airport). Place is very modern and well built. I’ve stayed in several Airbnb places in Vietnam and this one was by far the best. Not run down, well constructed and good design choices. Location good. About 10ish minutes walk from most of the main bars.

Jaime is a superb host who fulfills every single request we asked for. She is responsive, energetic and passionate in what she is doing! She shares loads of local recommendations with us, trying to give us the best options for a tour in Hoi An. Coming to the house, it is fantastic and we felt like home. Private pool is a + point, kids love it so much! Beds and pillow are comfy, and the unit is equipped with almost complete set of kitchenwaren for your daily use (we didn't use but we notice the great effort from host). Complimentary breakfast is good.

One of my favorite stays. The room is soooo spacious and clean. The area is nice and the parking out front for the motorbike was very convenient. Will definitely book again if I'm in the area. Also allowed me to check in earlier which was so kind of them.

The host provided clear check-in instructions, and upon arrival, we were welcomed by a beautifully decorated yellow living room. All the bedrooms were spacious, though we wish the mattresses had been a bit softer.

Our time in Hoi An with Trung's homestay was great. It was close enough to the busy streets of Hoi An but just far enough away from the crazy of Old Town. Trung was helpful in so many ways, with information on where to go, suggestions for tours, help with laundry and also helping us book a private car/driver to our next location in Hue. We would definitely come here again.
