Nice and big apartment, comfortable and well equiped. Everythinh was clean and nicely set up for us. Very nice and friendly host. Quick to response, quickly take care of everything. We will stay next time in this apartment for sure, if we come to Danang.

As a repeated returning guest, i recommend this place for people short & long term stay. Communicated with host through other means of media efficiently for quick requests/services :)

This is the best airbnb I have stayed in Vietnam! Hong is beyond welcoming and shows incredible hospitality. She made my partner and I breakfast each morning I stayed. The room itself is perfect, spacious and very big bathroom. Her family is so Nice and loves to have conversations, they have great English skills. She has 2 very sweet dogs they are the cutest little animals. In the next years I will definitely be back! Best host ever!

This is one of those AirBnB's which actually felt like a home and not a hotel. Had a wonderful stay at Anh's place. The house is setup up in a very thoughtful way and all the interior decoration makes you feel very cozy and warm. The kitchen is stocked with all essential utensils to cook meals. The place is tucked away in a alley not too far from the main road and is very quiet. There are many small eateries and coffee shops nearby. The place is walkable from the Dragon Bridge and located quite close to major sites of DaNang. Anh is a wonderful host and communicated clearly. She's always ready to answer any questions and help with any requests. She helped me arrange to rent a bike right from the convenience of the house and went above and beyond to cater to requests. I honestly did not expect her to help with all the requests but she was very approachable and proactive; overall a wonderful host! Will definitely stay here again when I return

The place was so beautiful and clean! I love how it was tucked away from the street, making it very peaceful. Delicious breakfasts were prepared for us every morning and the host is so kind and responds quickly. Definitely was the most beautiful Airbnb i’ve been in and felt very homey. The location was also amazing, with restaurants, cafes, the river and dragon bridge just a walking distance away. Highly recommend!! ❤️

Host is very responsive and helpful. They clear the rubbish and change towels everyday. Highly recommended for any big family looking to visit da nang for holidays!

Had a great stay in Thanh's place, location is great and had the essentials for you to have a comfortable stay. Thanh was very friendly and accommodating, he gave us some great tips for our trip also.

Tra is an extremely cute and friendly host and went above and beyond. I wish I could give this place more than five stars the whole process was extremely easy and Tra was so responsive and helpful. The place is also decorated very nice and clean. You won't be disappointed if you book with Tra. :)

It was so nice to stay at Kimi's house for a family trip! The room and bathroom are located privately on each floor, so it is a good independent space. Composition, I used it well as a comfortable accommodation with my family:) The bedroom was also so pleasant that I slept comfortably ~ Kimi's house also had the best bathroom! I rested well and ate well for 3 days without lacking supplies! It was an easy location to get to the main tourist attractions in Da Nang, and it was great that Han Market, shopping streets, and restaurants were all within walking distance!!!! It's really the best accommodation ~ I recommend it to large families of three or more! All four rooms were in such good condition, and the kitchen and living room were spacious, so it was very nice to get together and have a late-night snack!!!! If I come again next time, I hope to use Kimi's house again! Thanks to the kind owner, it was the best trip ~ Thank you:)

The accommodation was perfect and the view was great. Location was good between the nice restaurants and the beach. 5mins from the beach, 15mins from the airport, and 45mins from Hoi An. It was a nice base for a middle vietnam excursion from Da Nang :)

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. The view of the living room and master bedroom was so nice, and there were so many marts and restaurants on the first floor of the apartment, so it was very convenient. I was also able to see the fireworks festival from the rooftop. I want to come again next time. I recommend it~

It was the best accommodation! I think Residence B is the best location even in the Hyatt, but it was on the first floor of Residence B, so it was a great addition! The swimming pool is nearby, and the playground is connected to the yard, so I used it comfortably! The host was really friendly, and he responded quickly, so there was no inconvenience ~ I'm going to book here again next time! ^ ^
