Chau and her family make you feel right at home. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable and so close to all the attractions. It is right around the corner from the night market, yet once you round that corner her building offers a quiet respite from all the hustle and bustle. I walked to all the activities I had planned and feel like I really got to experience Hoi An. Chau also organized all my transfers from the airport! I would warly and enthusiastically recommend staying with Chau!

Duc (host) and truc (caretaker) were extremely helpful to assist us in settling in even though Duc was away in a far away country he communicate via video to ensure smooth transition. The place is new (we were the first visitors) and looks very much more impressive than the photos posted. # have a Sauna that was not even mentioned in the posting. All equipment and furnishing are brand new and top of the line. Nice quiet neigbourhood in an uptown estate but a short walk to local eataries and market. A short ride by taxi brought us to a modern shopping mall with great restaurants and shops. Thanks for the great place!

Peter was extremely helpful throughout our entire stay - we arrived late and had a late outbound flight, and Peter accommodated to let us check in and out later in the day. He also personally bought more hangers for us when we needed extra hangers. Location is great - walkable to town centre and other attractions. While the slope is rather steep, Peter was there to help us with luggage’s and Grab Mart made it easy to get groceries. We felt right at home and loved it - thank you and we will be back.

Our stay at Lee’s place was perfect! Close to everything we wanted to see and private enough that it felt peaceful. The instructions to get in are clear and she communicated well! A gem of a place!!

If you visit Hoi An, you MUST stay here. This is right along the river in the Ancient city. The hosts will collect you from the airport, bring you and your bags here, and deliver concierge-level service. Trust their recommendations and you’ll have the trip of a lifetime!

We had a wonderful stay for just over a week. The location was perfect. Very close to the centre but not too close so away from the crowds. Loved the pool and the indoor terrace. On hot days it was the perfect location to come back and chill out for a few hours. The host was super friendly and had excellent advice on local attractions and restaurants. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was enjoyable. A great villa! Home away from home!

Location: right in the city center, still private and match our need of beautiful view and landscape from the room. Host: extremely friendly and responsive, supportive during and even after our stay. If you are not sure about anything such as location to visit, transport, weather, attraction ticket, just ask him. Your everything will be settled easily. He helped us book tickets, and transport quickly and no hassle at all. He and the staffs even very proactive when finding out some things we forgot and left behind and sent them to our address. Room: gosh, what I love the most about the room is mountain view, so gorgeous, we woke up everyday with cloud and mountain in the sight, room is spacious and clean with local touch and decoration in it.

Apart from slightly old linens (to be expected with the very well deserved high turn over) my stay was comfortable, safe and fun! The convenience of being right in the city centre without being too close to the epicentre of nightlife meant I could experience the wonders of Saigon in comfort. My host was responsive and lovely; please make sure you say hello to the extremely lovely bar staff below you! They’re there to help too! I will think very fondly of my stay here; I met new friends and got to see the city from another point of view. Thanks so much!

Nice townhouse in a fantastic location. So many great food options all within a short walk. Good communication with the host, had an issue and they had it fixed quickly. Perfect for a short stay in Ho Chi Minh.

The host is responsive and check in was easy as there was a staff who guided and waited for us til we arrive. I have a fantastic stay overall. The location was on a residential side. The space was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. One small note: the bed was a bit firm for my liking. However, this is a personal preference and might be perfect for others. Despite this, I still had a good night's sleep and enjoyed my stay. Thank you to Thi and her staff for the hospitality. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay.

Such a cozy and private space—perfect for relaxing. The warm atmosphere made us feel right at home, and the billiards table was a great touch for laid-back evenings.

We stayed at Vivien's place for a month and had a wonderful time. The apartment is on a quiet alley in a bustling part of the city, all the buildings are well maintained and vines and well-kept gardens add a healthy dose of green. Within walking distance of tons of restaurants and cafes and smaller places to eat, like food carts that set up on street corners. Some places can be found on map apps and some you just have to happen upon while wandering through the neighborhood alleys. The Nhieu Loc–Thi Nghe Channel is a 10-to-15-minute walk away, where you can stroll or jog. It's also lined with restaurants, cafes, temples and night life. Vivian was an excellent host. So kind, friendly and helpful, greeting us herself when we arrived and changing our sheets regularly during our stay. I asked her a question about a holiday that was being celebrated while we were there, and she took the time to provide a really well-thought-out and informative explanation. All appliances worked great.

Great place to stay for a big group:) Good location

Hoang's accommodation felt like a dream to us - it was extremely spacious and was filled with lots of plants 🌿🪴 The AirBnB consisted of a kitchen, living room/entrance area and three rooms to ourselves, each with one air conditioner and one bathroom - we felt very at home - it was clean and we enjoyed our time in Phan Thiet thanks to this AirBnB! This location was really close to the beach (5-10 min) and nearby cafes 🥹 Hoang and the other hosts worked hard to make our stay comfortable and as convenient as possible! 🌟 Thank you!!

Dung & Harry’s homes are my favourite places whenever I visit Dalat city. This house is newly built and fitted for group of friends or families which is fully equipped, private and very comfortable. The location is a plus that just take you 10mins walking to Xuan Huong lake and some grocery stores nearby. I felt happy with their support during our stay and had a great experience. Highly recommended!

Superclean rooms and linens in the middle of the city centre. Kind and very friendly host

This home was a great place to stay for a group of 4 friends. It’s in the old quarter so there’s lots to walk to and see nearby but it’s also very easy to take a cab to other parts of hanoi. The house was spacious and each of us was able to get our own bed. The rooms were air conditioned and even had projectors which was great if you want to watch some TV as you wound down at night.
