Boutique hotel holiday rentals in Hòa Vang

I am not sure 1,000 characters will cover it. I echo all of the other comments on here and more. Hoi, Vy and Mai are exceptional as is the property, accommodation, gardens, pool, surroundings and general location. I was there for a week, but wish that I had spent my entire vacation with them. I am 70, and in all my years of traveling, I have never enjoyed a week so much. As soon as I walked down the drive, I was aware of the beauty of the entrance and captivated by the amazing scent from rare Vietnamese magnolias. I was greated by Hoi who invited me to feel at home during my stay, and I truly did. Both her and Vy really step out of the box to ensure all of their guests have a very pleasurable experience, attending to individual requirements, at the same time blending into the background. On arrival, I thought that they were staff, as they both look so young to have built such a reputation as amazing hosts, but they have great energy and work so many hours. Lovely Mai is a huge credit.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I like the style of my room as well as the hotel. The staff is really friendly, warm, and helpful. I felt welcomed in this hotel. So when I return to Hoi An, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

It's a neat and pretty resort. The pool size was right and nice. Room condition is clean and spacious. Breakfast is easy to eat without much expectation. It is a place that Koreans use a lot, and if you search for resorts, there are many reviews, so it is good to note. The staff is very friendly. It was a little far from the old town, but it was not uncomfortable using the free shuttle and Grab. Really great value for money.

Had a lovely time at the hotel, the people at the reception were very helpful and friendly and the room had everything we needed .The location was great with cafés, restaurants and grocery stores around and lots to do in the area. It’s a short walk to the beach and centrally located to visit the other attractions like Marble Mountains and Linh Ung Pagoda. Would definitely recommend for your stay in Da Nang!

Wow...what can I say about this place....I LOVED it! Hau and his wife and two daughters are wonderful hosts. Friendly, helpful, and accommodating! The place was wonderful, very clean and exactly as described. The location is overlooking a small lake and surrounded by coconut forests. Like a small hidden oasis. I kept extending my stay and ended up being here almost 5 weeks. It is located in a semi-rural area so be prpared to walk or cycle to get to the nearby restaurants or small shops. Sometimes there is noise from basket boat tours or karaoke but that's pretty common here. Nights were always quiet. I would 100% recommend Hau's place and hope to stay there again next time I'm in Vietnam.

Very helpful staff and quaint, peaceful lodgings. We were allotted rooms on the upper floors of a large, beautiful house with luxurious wooden staircase and very aesthetic furnishing. The walls are well soundproofed. Top floor rooms can become hot during the day, and the air conditioning is not always up to the task. Open the windows to let in a cool breeze. The reception staff are very friendly. There is no kitchen and you have to order food with Grab or eat outside, but there are plenty of other perks. There is a laundry service which takes less than 24 hours. Water bottles, teabags and coffee powder are provided daily in the morning. The room is very spacious and comfortable. There are fish in the small pond outside, we could see them swimming from the window. The view outside the windows were also very nice.

The room is perfect, with a hammock, everything is very neat & clean, the food in the cafe is excellent and the gardens and Oceanside relaxing areas are lovely. We extended our stay by two nights we loved it so much !

Everything was great, and Linh answers quickly. Very nice hotel, great staff and location. Two minutes from My Khe Beach.

Our second stay with Hai was as great as the first. She is such a lovely host and will do anything to make your stay as best she can. Big spacious rooms, simple delicious breakfasts and a great location between old town and the beach. Can’t wait to come back!

Peter was very accommodating and friendly. The room was lovely and we had a comfortable stay. The location is also great!

I highly recommend Alsahar to everyone. The room where I stayed was very large and clean, with all the comforts. The location is ideal for a style like mine: close enough to the old city to be able to walk there in about twenty minutes, but outside the chaotic area, in a neighborhood that is definitely more genuine and less touristy. There are bicycles available for the laziest ones 😉 Among the best that can be found in Alsahar I have to mention the staff! The guys are very competent, very kind and always ready to help and give advice. In Alsahar you feel like you are at home

I really enjoyed my stay. It is located in great position between the ocean and the old city. The place is really beautiful and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Location is GREAT ! Right by Old Lantern Town in a quiet area where after a great night of walking, you can have a quiet night's rest. Check in was super easy. Our flight was a little early so he helped call the driver a little early for easy pickup and drive to the place. It's a quaint boutique-like hotel with a couple of floors and I got the place through airbnb. Whether you want to just get one room or multiple (our floor had 3 rooms total that I reserved--it's better to communicate him through messages before booking too -- . The AC seemed a little weak at first to my dismay but don't underestimate because it'll make the room to a happy freezing cold. My kids loved it because he's so friendly, he let them feed his Koi fish and offered daily morning fruit/breakfast : ) They were sad to leave. Common kitchen area on the ground ground floor. If traveling with kids, will rec close watch because there's a small swimming pool right out the back door by the kitchen.

The accommodation was close to My Khe Beach, so I was able to walk around as if I was going out to drink~~ There are many convenient facilities such as restaurants and marts in front (The laundry and pharmacy were on the main road, so it was good to use) Most of all, the staff was so kind that they provided us with bottled water and snacks whenever we needed them, so it was really nice. ^^ The pool was also pretty like the photos, so it was good for taking photos, and I stayed with my kids, and the kids had fun in the pool. The room was more spacious than I thought, the bed sheet was fluffy, and it was comfortable to stay because they cleaned it every day. There's no noise, and the air conditioner is cool. This is an accommodation I want to visit again next time. ^ ^

Very comfortable bed. If you have very good earplugs you will sleep like a baby.

Amazing host and Very helpful Ms. Oanh, they waited for a late check in as I landed later at da nang airport and walked around da nang, and gave me a cheaper service for the car pickup (cheaper than grab), very seamless experience on text. The pool had jets which I was surprised about and for the price it is an amazing stay, Ms Oanh stayed late to check me in and was helpful in explaining everything, thank you again for the stay.

Just as pictured! The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walking to the beach, and there are tons of places to eat and shops all around, but the street itself is quiet. No construction noises (as of yet), which was nice since many other hotels have that issue. Emo restaurant at the bottom of the hotel was really good too, I ate there almost every day. :)

Had a great stay with my gf here. Spacious room, good water pressure, clean. Big reason i stayed was the rooftop gym, one of the best gyms ive used in danang; clean, a/c, great new equipment. And Duong himself is an amazing host. family run boutique hotel. He takes pride in his work and respects every guest well. Will be back next time in DaNang, thank you Duong.

I had a wonderful stay at Zen Boutique Villa. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the location was excellent yet pleasantly quiet. What truly stood out was the incredibly kind and flexible staff – always helpful, warm, and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, making it the perfect start to the day. In short: everything was perfect. I would gladly come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was the second time that I have stayed with Linh. Her guest house is amazing and Linh is a fantastic host. Our car was waiting at the airport when we arrived and any trips, tailors and restaurant suggestions were spot on. Thank you for a great time in Hoi An

We had a great stay and felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The location was ideal for us: With the free bicycles, we were quickly in the city center or on the beach, alternatively we could easily rent a scooter. The accommodation was super equipped and as described. We can definitely recommend the accommodation!

Beware place is close to the beach (5 minute walking) as they described. Their stuff are very kind I liked them 👍 The place for those who love the quiet life. Also nearby cafe were amazing
