Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was super clean and just had a nice vibe - felt comfortable right away, like being at home. The host was great - quick to respond and helpful. All in all, totally worth it. Would happily stay again.

Ms Thuong was very responsive, helpful and resourceful. I stayed for 2 months and every Monday the was cleaned, towels have been changed. She provided a contact for a motorbike rental. She even provided a few kitchen utensils that I requested. It was a great stay!

very equipped. something complicated when arriving by the method they have access but once you get in, everything arranged. very good communication. they also have rental motorbikes at an adjusted price. they took the motorcycle to the door and gave me a lot of facilities.

Well-maintained and clean apartment with two big rooms and living/dining areas, ample closet space, sizeable washrooms, and a very handy washer and dryer. Instructions for self check-in were clear and the process was easy. Host was very responsive to questions, even during night time. Nearby there is a cheap local eatery and a good spa place. Would be happy to stay again in future visits to Da Nang.

I had an amazing stay at Kathy House, the apartment is in a great location and Long is an amazing house. If you are coming to Da Nang make sure you book your stay here!

Actually, I sent the location of the accommodation in the picture, but when you visit for the first time, it's easy to pass by. Other than that, the accommodation was neat! Since there are a lot of stairs, it's hard to go up and down on hot days. The main living room on the 2nd floor has a ceiling fan and air conditioner, but it's not very cool to counter the heat, so I went into each room and rested. It was a shame that there was no microwave! Still, the host was friendly and there was a lot of things around, so the location was good!!

We really enjoyed Brian's spacious flat. The pool and billiards area is stylish and attractive, a wonderful place to hang out. It was partially open to the outside but provided indoor privacy as well. The same can be said of the foyer outside the living room. It's nice to have some non air conditioned spaces for cooler days. The Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all air conditioned, spacious and luxurious, several with balconies. The showers are huge and superb. The immediate surroundings can seem a bit scruffy, as this area is experiencing a good deal of development, but the neighborhood is actually quite lively and charming and less impacted by tourism. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. You're just steps from the bay at the base of Son Tra, with its dazzling array of fishing boats. Finally, Brian provides two bicycles that we used everyday to explore Danang. Really, we had a great time at this flat and weren't ready to leave when our stay was up.

Brilliant accomodation and a really peaceful atmosphere to stay at. Suited for someone that needs a reset with full amenities and facilities!

It's a great place for a big family to stay~ It's a place where both parents and children are satisfied ^^ Communication with the owner was smooth, and the location was good, so I was comfortable during the trip. We were at the accommodation, and the places we mainly used were the two marts in front, Byeonmi, Kong Cafe, and a Chinese restaurant right next to the accommodation. I wanted to go to Mitsuni, which has good reviews, but I couldn't go. The beach was close, so we could play in the water, and the swimming pool in the accommodation was at a suitable temperature, so the kids had a blast. If you're worried about large family accommodation, I recommend it~^^

It's a new construction, so it's clean and quiet, which is really nice.

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

The accommodation was perfect and the view was great. Location was good between the nice restaurants and the beach. 5mins from the beach, 15mins from the airport, and 45mins from Hoi An. It was a nice base for a middle vietnam excursion from Da Nang :)

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

The view of the living room and master bedroom was so nice, and there were so many marts and restaurants on the first floor of the apartment, so it was very convenient. I was also able to see the fireworks festival from the rooftop. I want to come again next time. I recommend it~

It was the best accommodation! I think Residence B is the best location even in the Hyatt, but it was on the first floor of Residence B, so it was a great addition! The swimming pool is nearby, and the playground is connected to the yard, so I used it comfortably! The host was really friendly, and he responded quickly, so there was no inconvenience ~ I'm going to book here again next time! ^ ^

n general, highly recommended. Very easy communication, good internet, nice view, pleasant smell, and clean. Great and central location. The only thing to improve would be the mattress in the 1 smaller bedrom (it was just thin foam instead of a proper mattress).
