Now you can spend a night or more in this cozy house with three bedrooms. Up here it is quiet and peaceful. No transiting traffic. Rich bird life. Good view from the second floor. Cozy house with stunning view over Dolmsundet! Centrally located in the middle of Hitra and Frøya about 14 minutes drive to the center of both islands. The house is located on a quiet farm with access to the boathouse and pro 20 foot alu boat with 60hp, sonar and map plotter if you want to fish etc. The boat can be rented for NOK 1000 per day. The owner with family lives on the same farmhouse and is an experienced landlord for many years. There is also access to several fresh water with ear fishing to beach.

We can also provide side tasting, wine class and pop-up restaurant on the smallholding.
