Welcome to Smågasjøveien 71 - a pearl at the seafront. The property is idyllically located on Hitra and can be signposted with impeccable sun and views. The property consists of a holiday home, patio and annex. The holiday home has a living room/kitchen with stunning views, four bedrooms (incl. annex), bathroom and toilet room. The cabin has been substantially upgraded in 2016. The annex is about 15 sqm. Here you and your family can enjoy sunny days with fishing from land or boat. The boat is located in the marina about 500 meters from the cabin.

Pleasant house with a stunning view over Dolmsundet! Centrally located in the middle of Hitra and Frøya, about 14 minutes drive to the city center on both islands. The house is located in a quiet courtyard with access to a boathouse and a professional 20-foot aluminum boat with 60 hp, echo sounder and map plotter if you want to fish etc. The boat can be rented for NOK 1000 per day. Owner with family lives in the same yard and is an experienced landlord for many years. There is also access to several freshwater lakes with fishing and beach.

Cabin with annex, 2 bedrooms + 2 homes close to the sea, AC, washing machine, dishwasher, floating jetty, boathouse, rowboat. Possibility of renting a boat nearby. The tenant must bring his own linen and towels, the duvets are 220 cm, 1x150cm double bed, 2x75cm bunk bed, 4x90 cm mattresses in the lofts. Inlaid water, (not for drinking water) drinking water included at cans and can be filled up at Kvenvær. Naust with glass doors to the sea, water hose at boathouse, good fishing opportunities. Cozy little cabin at the edge of the lake

Unique guest cottage for two people, located right by the sea. If you have a short or longer stay and want to stay cheap, then this is the place for you. The guest cottage can be set up with a double bed or two single beds. If desired, a desk can be inserted. You have access to your own bathroom and microwave, fridge and kettle in the main house 10 m away. There is no kitchen If you come by bus to Fillan, I can pick you up there for 250 NOK.

Stay in a peaceful and sheltered cabin with a sea view, sit-on-top tandem kayak, sup boards and fishing opportunities right outside the door. Included in your stay are also farm visits to our alpaca farm a kilometer away! Perfect for couples, friends or families with children who want to relax in real nature. The cabin is of an older standard, without water but with electricity. Shower facilities in our newly renovated barn on the farm.
