Nicely renovated house with a great view located in a quiet hillside street. If you want a worry-free rental, this is the place you're looking for! Here you can feel at home. Everything is arranged for a comfortable stay. The cat may be a little skeptical at first, but it doesn't take longe before he becomes comfortable. He loves to cuddle! It is important to know that locking him outside is NOT an option. If you don't like cats, this house is not for you, as he is my dearest possesion :)

NB! Fra 2026 leies den ikke ut med båt. Lad batteriene i vakre Agdenes med både sjø, fjell og nydelige storvatnet badeplass med sandstrand på sommeren og skøyteis på vinteren. Her nyter du noen dager på landsbygda, kun 10 mil (100km) fra Trondheim. Mange fine turmuligheter, utleie av kano, butikk og pub kort vei fra hytta. Bilvei hele veien fram. Du kan og benytte muligheten med båt med motor under oppholdet. Båten ligger på fast plass i småbåthavn, men den tas opp på vinteren.

A fantastic nice view beyond Stjørnfjorden, Trondheimsleia and all the way out to Hitra. Evening sun, nice hiking trails for both the super prey and those who take it as a trip. Sørfjorden Eye Iglo has underfloor heating and heat pump, which makes for a comfortable experience in both summer and winter Breakfast is not included, but can be ordered by appointment NOK 220 per person
