We had a pleasant stay at this cozy, compact apartment in Fort William. It has two bedrooms—one with twin beds and one with a small double—plus a spacious, comfortable sofa bed. The two bathrooms were convenient, and the host provided breakfast items like cornflakes, tea, and hot chocolate. The apartment was warm and inviting. Although there’s no view from the ground floor, the garden outside is nice. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the town center or bus stop, but you can also take a bus that drops you within a 3–5 minute walk from the house. The host wasn’t very responsive but allowed us to check in early at 1 PM, which we appreciated. The response time was mentioned as up to 10 hours, so it’s good to plan ahead when communicating. Overall, good value for money and a comfortable stay. Would recommend for a short trip to Fort William.

A fantastic location, and a clean and tidy place. David and Lorraine were very helpful with all my questions and there was tons of local info inside the flat. Highly recommend this place.

By far our favorite stay of our trip. Malcolm and Maggie are the most gracious and kind hosts. The home was lovely, well-appointed, and convenient to everything in Inverness. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were late to town and rushed to make a booking, and they called ahead for us and even met us on route to collect our luggage! They did everything to make us feel welcome and we will be forever grateful. We can’t wait to visit again next time we are in Inverness. Stay here and you will wonder why you ever considered anywhere else!

Great place to stop along the NC500. Plenty of places for food and drink locally with easy access to multiple supermarkets. Stevie was fully transparent and was speedy in solving a minor issue that occurred. Clean and tidy woth everything you need. I would be happy to stay here again .

A wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, stylish and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The location was perfect, with everything within easy reach. Highly recommend!

Right in the town centre seconds away from the free public carpark. Spotlessly clean and tidy place over 3 floors. Takes dogs. Great place to stay when doing the NC500.

Although we had to cancel our booking and never stayed at this property, Gregory and Sharon were quick to reply to messages and tried to sort things out for us.

The property was amazing. Had a great view out front, very very nice and responsive host and the construction quality is top notch! The shower is great! The recommendations are very thoughtful and the small welcome package is also great! would love to go back there again!

Fabulous place! 12 out 10 recommend. The place is gorgeous and the vibe when you check in is so welcoming. Amazing and generous goodies to snack on or help with breakfast. Loved the peaceful location. Wish it was a touch warmer outside so we could've enjoyed the picnic table area which is even better in person. Fiona is a fabulous host. Would definitely stay again!

Fiona’s space was the perfect retreat. The street was tight for two- way traffic and street parking was limited but we found a parking lot around the corner which was £5 for 24 hours after we dropped off our bags. Once entering the space you’ll forget all about the street. The space is warm and welcoming and almost feels like you’re transported to a country home. A welcome basket with drinks, tea, cookies and breakfast was only one of the thoughtful touches throughout the space. Some things to note and prepare for with the stay: the walls are thin. If you’re a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs if sharing the space. It has a great location but you will have to walk up a moderately steep hill or go up a staircase to reach the main city space for more restaurants and shopping. Additionally, there’s a staircase to reach the front door from the street Plan on long waits for restaurants that don’t take reservations or book your table far in advance. Would recommend or stay here again!
