The place was very comfortable, clean, and the hosts were very friendly and responsive. Jasmine even brought us over a watermelon from her garden❤️ We would most definitely stay here again!!

We are a family of 6 with a toddler. We split our vacation in half, a condo by the beach and house close to the springs. Everyone was in agreement that this house was definitely the highlight of the trip. Way better than expected, pristine and luxe. We all appreciated that everything we needed and wanted was provided, but not only that, but the best of it and in bulk. Sensitive skins over here, so sensitive products were a great touch. Appliances, pots and pans -- everything was quality. The primary bed -- Oh so comfy!! Could go on and on. If we get the opportunity, which we might because so many springs are close to here, would definitely come back.

This stay was amazing. Me and my family had a great time. We felt right at home. Everything was exactly how it looked in the pictures, except even better in person. We will definitely be coming back.

I didn't want to leave! I've been to this area many times and this was hands down the best house I've ever rented. The rooms are comfortable and bright with stunning views and the house is so centrally located-- just steps from a boat ramp and 10 minutes from Ichetucknee springs south entrance. The town of Fort White is a real gem: don't miss the produce stand, the taco truck, Maggies (which will open soon) and a beer at Suicide Opossum for their great (free) popcorn. Mark was a wonderful host who went above and beyond to be responsive and helpful during my week long stay. I will definitely be back!

BEAUTIFUL cabin at the springs! My husband and I are always looking for new spots at the springs we are so glad we came here. We decided to come here for an early babymoon to relax at the springs away from busy summer at state parks. The Cabin so cozy and has all the comforts of home. There is also so many deer on the property they are always out around dusk or late afternoon it was so fun to see them! It is a very easy walk to the neighborhood private dock from the cabin and also quick walk when you get off the river back to the cabin (dock was recently redone). We estimated 10 mins walk from cabin to dock and then 10 mins walk from river exit to cabin. High Springs had great options for food and cutest coffee shop. We plan to go back sometime in the future. What a gorgeous, calm, peaceful, cozy spot out in the country. Paola and Ruben were kind and responded whenever I needed them. The property and apartment are even more delightful than expected. They have nearly everything you might have forgotten even! The views are breathtaking, the space is so clean and cozy! Do not hesitate to book at all but leave availability for me 😂 ! Had a great time at a great place would love to visit again

We had a great time! It was right by the river and we had a beautiful view, it was a nice drive to the location and the privacy was nice. We sat on the porch each morning and sunset to catch the views. There were owls all night it was perfect we will defiantly stay again!

I was on a scuba diving trip and stayed there for a week. The location was perfect - only two blocks away from the dive shop. The house was spacious enough for up to four people. Basic amenities and condiments were available. Overall we had a great time staying at this place.

We enjoyed staying in High Springs - the location is right in a middle of everything. Place is great, with local coffee shops and restaurants right behind the corner. Alex (the host) is very communicative and caring. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

I can’t say enough positive things about this place. The location was perfect. My husband and I visited for a few days with our two dogs, and kayaked around the Santa Fe, and Ichetucknee river. The dock was perfect to launch the kayaks out of, and let our dogs watch the fish, and the pavilion over the river was great to relax in and watch boats pass by. The yard was beautiful, landscaped, and entirely fenced in for the dogs ( there was even a fence/gate to separate the upper deck from front door/front steps.) We will absolutely be back again as soon as we can.

We stayed for a few days while visiting the springs. The place was down a quiet dirt road about 10 minutes from the springs. Very clean and comfortable. No complaints about the place at all. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay. The property was beautiful and peaceful - we enjoyed the 2 porches to enjoy the lovely oaks and nature. The cottage was lovely with everything you could need in the kitchen and bath etc. The furnishings were nice quality and we felt right at home - we hope to be back! EJ was great to communicate with and answered every need quickly. Thanks for a great stay!

You just can’t beat this quaint little place! I will be staying when I come back to visit my family! She is the best ! I seriously have never had a better expierence with a stay in any hotel ! Her air b&b is hands down the best..and don’t get me going on her brownies! Yes she had fresh fruit and brownies waiting for us, she also stayed up late to help me plan some things when I was still in California ! Thank you Tami !!!

Always a pleasure staying at Steve's place! It has everything I need when I'm in the area, and is conveniently located to many local springs and dive sites. The AC works great on the hot days, and the washer/dryer make it perfect for longer stays. Looking forward to my next visit!

Wanted to spend weekend with adult children near ginnie springs. Can’t find a closer spot as it was .9 miles from the springs. House was a party house but clean and well maintained. I thought the property was as advertised and would definitely go back if visiting the springs again.

Everything was perfect! The house and property are stunning, inside and out. I am particular when it comes to cleanliness and this vacation rental was spotless. This was easily the most well stocked and thoughtfully stocked vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Everything we could have needed was thought of and well organized. John, the host, was exceptionally responsive and fantastic to communicate with. If you are looking for a quiet and somewhat secluded getaway at a beautiful property, this is it.
