Centrally located near the conveniences of the northside of Defiance near the College, restaurants, and shops. Themed with the rich history of how Defiance came to be through General Anthony Wayne's defiance of the "English, Indians and all the Demons of Hell" shortly after the Revolutionary War.

Long Lake Cottage is on a 10 mph lake that is a pretty peaceful spot to relax. Enjoy bonfires, kayaking, fishing, and grilling at our place. Long Lake is a part of the Pigeon River chain that you can kayak along through multiple lakes. Less than 10 minutes from Angola (Trine University, Pokagon State Park, groceries, etc.). We hope you enjoy your stay! We have a strict cancellation policy, but we will refund you 100% of your stay if you do need to cancel 14 days before your arrival.

Walden Cottage

We are accepting guests for short terms stays of up to a week. We are flexible and could extend this for possibly two weeks, but we also want our apartment available for our family and friends. We are new grandparents and want to be able to host our family and friends throughout the year.
