Great place to stay. Clean, good location and Jacob responded quickly.

Very clean, very comfortable, they do such a nice job with these apartments! The neighborhood is nice, great to walk around, close to college and downtown...we enjoyed staying here, highly recommend!

Jacob’s home was the perfect spot for our family! We stopped just for one night with our babies and pups and were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Alexandria was always very responsive and gave clear instruction for check in and out. The house was very tidy and inviting. Was a very nice stay even though we were only there for a short overnight while traveling through.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! Lydia was very responsive. The cookies and snacks were such a special treat! The surrounding area is beautiful, and the home is very tastefully decorated.

The Inn on Third has been a great place for us. We’ve had family gatherings here many times over the years. Lots of space, plus the house is always in perfect shape and full of exactly what you need to host friends and cook a nice meal. Kaylee is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely book again!

Dorothy's place felt very secluded and peaceful. We enjoyed watching the animals eat out of the bird feeders. The bed was very comfortable, which was a nice bonus
